The holiday flat in Smäswai 10 in Nebel is located in the centre of the town. The island house has been renovated in 2013. There are new bathrooms and a first-class equipped kitchen. It is comfortable furnished with a great attention to detail.
The holiday flat Lee is located in the front part of the house and offers with 78m² enough space for pairs or for a family with up to 4 people. On two floors you will find two bedrooms, two shower baths, a fully equipped kitchen living with wine refrigerator, a reading corner, a beautiful terrace which is accessable from the kitchen and an own garden.
The large garden with sunny and shaded places and beach chair has got a size of 1700 m². A handcart for your way to the beach is inclusive. There are parking spaces for bicycles and for your car available.

Arrival by car:
A7 or A23 until Dagebüll. You can either leave your car on the big island car park for a fee or you take your car with you on the ferry. You should definitely reserve a parking space. The travel time is 90 minutes, if you take the way via Föhr, the travel time is 120 minutes.
You can also leave at the northern beach. The fee for a permanent parking lot is 12 Euro. Then you take the "Adler-Express" to go to Amrum (90 minutes, no car transport).
You can also take the plane to go to Sylt. Then you take the "Adler-Express" to go to Amrum.

Die Ferienwohnung Lee ist nett eingerichtet, das Haus in guter Lage, der Garten phantastisch.
Leider war die Wohnung nicht gründlich gereinigt (viele Spinnweben & tote Kellerasseln, Haare & leere Plastikverpackungen im Bett, Glas-Abdrücke auf der Badezimmer-Ablage etc.).
Bei einer Belegung mit 4 Personen reichen die Frühstücksteller und Gläser nicht mal für zwei Durchgänge. Das finde ich schwach.
Die Schlafzimmer sind sehr eng und das Putzzeug steht offen, weil es keine Staufläche gibt.
WLAN nur sporadisch nutzbar. Der DVD-Player funktionierte gar nicht, ebenso wenig das Licht in der Leseecke im 1.OG. Wir haben dies mehrfach angemahnt, aber bis auf die Nachlieferung eines fehlenden Handtuchs, erfolgte keinerlei Reaktion! Das war sehr enttäuschend.

Flitterwochen
Wir hatten das gesamte Haus gemietet und haben uns wirklich wohlgefühlt. So wohl, dass wir auch gleich geheiratet haben! Ein perfekter Urlaub!!
Entspannung pur
Wir hatten das gesamte Haus (Lee, Luv und Remise) mit insgesamt 11 Personen gemietet und unser Aufenthalt war rundherum gelungen! Die Ausstattung ist gehoben und komfortabel, sehr durchdacht und praxisnah: Ob Smart-TV, WLAN, Küchengeräte und Geschirr einschl. Tupperware und Thermoskanne für unterwegs, selbst Kuscheldecken waren in mehr als ausreichender Menge vorhanden. Es fehlte an nichts. Dazu der schöne, sehr große Garten mit mehreren Sitzecken, Strandkörben, Grill sowie einem großen Abstellschuppen, in dem u.a. auch zwei Fahrräder und mehrere Bollerwagen standen. Abgerundet wurde unser Aufenthalt durch die diskrete Maklerin, die uns bei Fragen immer schnell helfend zur Verfügung stand. Perfekt!
Toller Urlaub
Es war ein toller gelungener Urlaub. Wir waren zu dritt mit 2 Hunden unterwegs. Die Ausstattung der Wohnung war hervorragend. Die Lage ist perfekt um die tolle Insel zu erkunden, insbesondere auch in der Nebensaison. Bäcker und Restaurants sind fußläufig in 5 Minuten zu erreichen. Wir haben uns wohlgefühlt.
Schöner Urlaub in einem NORMALEN Haus.
Traumferien-Wohnung!?! für uns war es eher normaler Standard. Unverputze Löcher in den Wänden wo das Schlüsselbrettchen hing, Links im Eingangsbereich fällt die Mini-Gardarobe runter, im unteren Bad hängt die Duschtüre links ständig aus. Bodenleisten haben Löcher. 2 Duschen aber keine hat eine Ablagemöglichkeit für Duschmittel. Die Fensterscheibe der Eingangstüre ist verdreckt. Die Schlafzimmer sind winzig und die Lampen darin hängen sehr niedrig, will man den Vorhang ziehen muss man zuerst das Bett von der Wand wegziehen. 3 der 6 Gartenstühle sind defekt. Die Fernbedienung vom Fernseher ist sehr eigenwillig.
Nicht dass es nicht wohnlich wäre aber unter einem Traumhaus für 200 Euro pro Tag stelle ich mir etwas anderes vor.

Traumurlaub
Traumhafter Urlaub auf der schönen Insel Amrum. Wir hatten das gesamte Haus gemietet und sind total begeistert. Das Haus ist mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet, so dass man sich von Anfang an wohl fühlt! Auch die Lage hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Ein schöner Ausgangspunkt um durch Nebel zu schlendern, oder mal kurz zum traumhaften Strand zu radeln.

Eine wirklich geschmackvolle, mit Liebe zum Detail eingerichtete Haushälfte mit gehobener Ausstattung. Es war alles vorhanden, was man sich nur wünschen kann und noch viel mehr. Auch bei Regen kann man es dort gut aushalten. Man hat viel Platz, einen großen Flachbildfernseher, eine extra Leseecke und zu meiner Freude auch Bücher und Zeitschriften. Auch der Garten ist schön, mit Sonnenterasse und Strandkorb.
Unserem Hund hat es dort ebenfalls gut gefallen.
Insgesamt ein gelungener Aufenthalt.
