A beautiful, modern holiday apartment on the 1st floor of a very well-kept apartment building, only approx. 250m from the white Baltic Sea beach and the popular promenade.
The apartment was extensively renovated in 2021, lovingly furnished and is located in a quiet location on the Blankwasserweg, which runs parallel to the dike with the beach behind it.
The living space of the approx. 34sqm holiday apartment is divided into a living/sleeping area with an integrated, open and high-quality fitted kitchen, a modern shower room with toilet and a furnished south-west facing balcony.
The large living room has a double bed (separate mattresses, open foot end, dimensions 2 x 0.90 x 2 meters), 2 armchairs, a TV cabinet with flat screen TV, a large wardrobe and an open kitchen with dining area. The kitchen is equipped with 4 ceramic hobs with extractor hood, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer compartment, coffee maker, toaster and kettle.
From here you have access to the furnished south-west balcony, which is covered and where you can live even in bad weather. The bathroom has a toilet, shower and a vanity cabinet with plenty of storage space.

Ein gelungener Kurzurlaub, es hat alles gepasst....
Gepflegte Anlage , ein sehr gut eingerichtetes kleines Apartment mit Balkon
und Parkplatz.
Es gibt einen Unterstellplatz für Fahrräder.
Sehr gute, ruhige Lage.
Ca. 5min.Fußweg zum Strand und Promenade
mit Bäcker, Restaurants, Geschäften.
Der Kontakt zum Vermieter per Mail und telefonisch war sehr angenehm.

Wir waren diesen Spätsommer 2 Wochen im der Wohnung. Wir haben uns pudelwohl gefühlt. Das Haus ist sehr schön, die Wohnung frisch renoviert und die Lage super. Der Kontakt mit Sascha einwandfrei. Wir haben wirklich nix zu meckern und kommen gerne wieder.
Grömitz ist zu jeder Jahreszeit eine Reise wert.
Schöne kleine Wohnung, die keine Wünsche offen lässt.
Es fehlt an nichts.

Könnte besser sein, durchdachter und sauberer
Grundsätzlich ganz schöne Wohnung, wenn auch klein, reicht aber. Leider kein Flur bevor man in den Wohn/Schlafraum kommt, daher aus dem Treppenhaus alles hörbar, somit auch beim Schlafen. Im Bad fehlen eindeutig Haken und Hängemöglichkeiten für Handtücher und Waschlappen. Es ist zu wenig davon vorhanden, zu klein, zu schmal für 2 Handt- und Duschtücher. Möglichkeit für Waschlappen leider keine. Im Wohn/Schlafraum fehlt eine Garderobe für Jacken, Beutel usw. Die vorhandene hinterm Spiegel ist schwierig nutzbar. Der schöne große Schrank ist leider von Putzmaterial und Staubsauger zusätzlich belegt. Es fehlen noch Schubfächer für Kleidung (Unterwäsche usw.). Ist zu wenig für 2 Personen. Die Grundreinigung vor unserer Belegung ist nicht besonders gut, nur gut. Zuviel Staub und Teile gar nicht gereinigt.
Eine sehr schöne saubere Wohnung in einer ruhigen Gegend! Sehr schneller netter Kontakt zum Vermieter! Sehr zu empfehlen!

Kleine aber feine Ferienwohnung. Nicht weit vom Meer. Sehr schön eingerichtet. Genau das richtige, um mal eine Auszeit zu nehmen.

Wir waren als Paar in der Ferienwohnung! Eine sehr schöne moderne Ferienwohnung! Ich würde sie immer wieder empfehlen! Schlüsselübergabe ist sehr gut verlaufen. Ich habe nichts zu bemängeln. Eine sehr schöne Lage, 250m bis zum Strand!

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung mit super Ausstattung. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und es hat uns an nichts gefehlt.
Direkte nähe zum Strand, Gaststätten und Restaurants. Keine Parkplatzprobleme, da es für die Wohnung einen Parkplatz gibt. Der Fahrradstellplatz war auch super praktisch. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Schöne Tage an der Ostsee verlebt
Meine Frau und ich waren für fünf Tage in der schönen Ferienwohnung Küstenperle. Die Wohnung bittet ausreichend Platz für zwei Personen. Die Möbel sind hochwertig und geschmackvoll aufeinander abgestimmt. Ein Balkon lädt für das Frühstück ein oder für einen Sundowner nach einem anstrengenden Tag am Strand. Alle Elektrogeräte sind hochwertig und es fehlt an nichts.
WLAN gibt es auch. Wir haben uns bewusst für eine hochwertige Wohnung entschieden, weil wir uns auch wohlfühlen wollen wenn das Wetter mal nicht mitspielt. Diese Wohnung werden wir definitiv wieder buchen.

Super schöne FeWo, zentral gelegen, schön und modern eingerichtet. Definitiv empfehlenswert für ein paar schöne Ferientage.
