A very spacious bedroom with a box-spring double bed can accommodate 2 adults. In the living room there is an additional space for 2 persons on a pull-out double sofa bed as well as an additional person in an extendable armchair (additional bed possible on request for a toddler up to 2 years in a travel cot).

The location of the villa directly on the beach road and thus promenade of Baabe is excellent, right in the heart of the village, surrounded by restaurants, cafes and shops and also close to the beautiful Baltic Sea beach.
In the courtyard there is an associated car parking space for each apartment.
