The holiday house "37-5" is located near the residential area of Cala Canyelles where is a diving school, information point, good restaurant and a large communal pool.
Next to the house starts a stair with direct access to the harbour and the beach. The acces to the house is using this stairs.
This trail offers spectacular sea views.
The house has a living / dining room with open kitchen and direct access to the terrace. It has large windows with beautiful views to the sea and the bay.
From the terrace you can see the sea and the beach. Terrace equipped with sunloungers, table with chairs and portable BBQ.

Arrival is between 16.00 and 20.00 hours. Any arrival outside of this period must be by prior notice. We must also be notified of any arrivals between 20.00 and 24.00 hours by phone at least 2 hours in advance and a fee of 20 € will be charged.
Guests are welcomed in the office of Playa Arena, which is located in Canyelles. Check-in and payment will be made in this office. We then accompany you to the property, tell you the exact details of the house and give you the keys.
Directions: AP-7 motorway, exit (sortida) n ° 9 signposted to Lloret de Mar. In Lloret de Mar, go in the direction of Tossa de Mar. After 2.5 km, take the first right hand turn to Canyelles. Continue straight into Canyelles and the office PLAYA ARENA is on the right hand side in the small commercial centre opposite a row of shops/offices.(Ronda Europa 5, 17310 Lloret de Mar, phone +34972364930).

The departure must take place before 10.00am. Please specify the time of departure at least one day before you leave at our office.
A final cleaning of the property must be done so that the property is left in perfect condition, ie. basic cleaning, rinsed and uncluttered dishes, all hired bedding taken off the beds and left folded at the front door, rubbish put in the appropriate bins, etc. If the house is not left in a satisfactory order, it will incur an extra service that will be deducted from the deposit.
