Rhine location of one of the oldest half-timbered houses in Koblenz - Wallersheim:
The holiday flat RheinblickNOW is NEW and top renovated. There is a private car park in the courtyard; a bicycle cage with charging facilities for e-bikes.
The accommodation offers a private garden with garden furniture and a seating area in front of the house. The location is absolutely quiet, at the end of a lane. A barbecue is available on request.
In the house itself, the first wall decorations and beams of the period can still be discovered.

The accommodation extends over 3 floors and covers approx. 120 square metres.
At least 6 sleeping places are available (3 bedrooms). In addition, a room-saving staircase in the living room leads to the converted attic. The highlight for children (from 5 to 14 years) is a 1.40 metre bed on the left and right with a starry night light and illuminated night lanterns. Another highlight is certainly the hanging chair. Here you can relax and read a book or sit and watch the boats on the Rhine or swans. Bicycles can be securely stored and loaded in a bicycle cage.

By car:
The easiest way to reach us is via the A 48, Koblenz-Nord junction, and follow the B 9 towards Koblenz.
From the B 9, take the Lützel/Falkenstein Kaserne exit and then turn left into Eifelstraße.
Following the main direction, you reach Werner-von-Siemens-Straße through a railway underpass, which flows into a traffic roundabout right at the entrance to Koblenz-Wallersheim.
Here, follow the signs to Wallersheim and take Deutschherrenstraße.
Follow this road and turn left and you will reach the exhibition center. Turn right onto Kammertsweg. Take the first lane to the right and you'll reach your destination.

Traumhaft schöne Unterkunft in ruhiger Lage direkt am Rhein
Von den Gastgebern wurden wir persönlich empfangen, sie sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit und haben immer ein offenes Ohr.
Die Wohnung ist mit sehr viel Stil und Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet, sie ist genau so schön wie auf den Bildern, man kann sich einfach nur wohl fühlen.
Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet , es fehlt an nichts. Alles ist sehr sauber und gepflegt.
Der Blick vom Garten auf den Rhein ist traumhaft und auch der Tisch unter den Olivenbäumen vor dem Haus und der Grillplatz hinter dem Haus laden zum verweilen ein.
Gerne haben wir mit Nadine und Carsten das eine oder andere Schwätzchen gehalten.

Urlaub am Rhein
Vielen lieben Dank! Ab kommender Saison 2025 wird der Garten zum Rhein fertig sein. Bis zum nächsten Mal ;) Wir freuen uns!

Zur Begrüßung standen eine Flasche Sekt, 2 Flaschen Wasser und Bonschi in der Küche.
Die Wohnung ist top saniert und liebevoll eingerichtet. Die 3 Schlafzimmer haben alle einen Fernseher und die Betten sind TOP. In der Küche fehlt es an nichts. Das Wohnzimmer ist sehr gemütlich und auf dem Hängesessel kann man den Blick auf dem Rhein genießen. Alles super sauber !!!
Man hat die Möglichkeit hinten im Garten zu sitzen,oder es sich auf der Liege gemütlich zu machen und auch ein Grill kann genutzt werden kann.
Vorne im Hof ist es auch sehr gemütlich. Wir haben immer dort gesessen und haben immer einen sehr netten Plausch mit dem Vermieter gehalten.
Wir müßen sagen, das wir selten so nette und herzliche Vermieter kennengelernt haben. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.
Super nette Feriengäste, die Spaß an unserer Unterkunft RheinblickNOW hatten. Gäste wie aus dem Bilderbuch ;) Wir freuen uns, dass ihr euch so wohl bei uns gefühlt habt. Gerne wieder!! Ganz liebe Grüße aus Koblenz, Carsten und Nadine
