Super schöne Wohnung mit tollen Blick in die Berge. Man ist sofort in der Natur ohne Auto. Auch in die Innenstadt von Garmisch kommt man gut zu Fuß. Wir waren Mitte September und hatten super Glück mit dem Wetter und sogar einen tollen Blick von der Zugspitze aus. Alle Restaurants waren toll. Man muss aber Plätze vorher reservieren. Super nettes Personal. Es war rund um ein super schöner Urlaub ☀️

Das Haus war sauber,der Garten war gepflegt.Die Lage war sehr Zentral man war in wenigen Minuten in der Stadt am Bahnhof von dort mit der Zahnradbahn am Eibsee und Zugspitze. Wir waren 5 Erwachsene und ein Hund und alle hatten genügend Platz.

Zeer compleet huis met heerlijke bedden, fijne woonruimte en tuin met hele dag zon( als die er is). Loopafstand naar het centrum restaurants en de liften .Auto parkeren voor de deur. Weer een fijn verblijf gehad!

Es war für uns ein absoluter Traumurlaub. Die Sauberkeit der Wohnung muss leider noch nachgebessert werden. Ausblick ein absoluter Traum - direkt auf Alp- und Zugspitze!
Wir waren von Berlin aus nur mit Bus und Bahn unterwegs und sind sehr gut in Garmisch-Partenkirchen überall hingekommen. Die Busstation ist nicht weit entfernt, ebenso Hausberg, Loipe und Skiverleih. Alles zu Fuß machbar, wenn man keine Schwierigkeiten hat. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Weiterempfehlung unter Vorbehalt
Besonders gut: Lage, Küchen- und WoZi-Ausstattung, Wasserdruck in den Duschen + der Garten mit wertigen Möbeln, den wir zur alleinigen Nutzung hatten, da die Nachbarwohnung leerstand. In dem Schlafzimmer oben sowie in dem Dreibettzimmer unten kann man auch gemütlich nächtigen, das Doppelzimmer unten verdient den Namen "Romantik" nicht, es ist eher was für Kinder - die Betten sind nicht stabil und Matratzen dünn. Auf den modrigen Kellergeruch waren wir nicht vorbereitet. Lüften half da nichts - auch weil sich die kleinen Kellerfenster nur kippen lassen. Nach der 2. Kontaktaufnahme fühlten wir uns auch ernstgenommen, man bot uns einen Raumduft an, da eine Ozonreinigung zu laut wäre, und 10% Gutschift.
Übrigens, laut einer anderen Seite ist die Wohnung 89 qm groß - das kommt eher hin.

Very nice experience indeed!
After our marriage, I and my wife with her parents and little brother went to Garmisch for a trip and stayed here for 3 nights. It was wonderful! The place is very practical yet also very cosy. You get everything you need here. The house is big and light! We really like the big windows and the nice view into the garden directly through them. The service was also flawless. We arrived on Sunday, but absolutely no problem with the keys handing over. When we got a problem with the electricity, they send the technician the next day and fixed it. We all had a really wonderful experience there. It's a perfect place for such a family trip. Thanks for the nice memory!

Die Wohnung liegt sehr schön. Trotz der stark befahrenden St. Martin- Str. sehr ruhig. Leider ist der Kamin nicht zu benutzen und statt eines Backofens gibt es nur eine Combi-Mikrowelle.
Obwohl es keinen Naturschnee gab, konnte man auf dem Hausberg Skifahren.
