This 3rd floor apartment, with elevator, has a comfortable and large living-dining room, where you can relax watching TV-SAT or chatting all together after an entertaining day at the beach or after eating or dining on the dining table. From here, you gain access to the kitchen which is provided with ceramic hob and all the essentials for cooking with enjoyment. Likewise, you have access to the laundry that is also equipped with washing machine, iron and ironing board. In terms of rest, there are two bedrooms with a double bed and another one with two single beds; both of them feature a wardrobe as well as air conditioning. Moreover, one of the dormitories also has space to allocate a crib and a high chair, in case you need it. Finally, the accommodation is completed with a shower bathroom.

The terrace invites you to have a tasty breakfast of freshly squeezed oranges, toasts or a good coffee while listening and watching the smooth movement of the waves and the first rays of sun shining on them. After replenishing energy and when the sun is already in the perfect spot to enjoy some time sunbathing on the sand or having a refreshing swim, you can walk just a few steps and just do it!

The Ecotasa (tourist tax) must be paid cash on site when checking in. The amount varies between 0.55€/night and guest during the low season and 2.2€/night and guest during the high season. The tax is reduced by half from the 9th day of your stay. All guests have to pay the Ecotasa, except people under 16 years.

Guests will receive an email 7 days prior to arrival with mandatory general deposit payment information. The deposit is payable by credit card via a secure link within 24 hours after receiving the email.
