Auch die Beschreibung der Umgebung: ich kann nichts mehr dazu schreiben!
Eine wunderschöne Wohnung, viel viel Platz für alle, es war Alles da, in der Küche hat nichts gefehlt. Wir haben uns sehr wohl in dieser Wohnung gefühlt.
Sanja ist eine sehr sehr nette Vermieterin, immer wieder gerne .
Wir wurden definitiv nicht enttäuscht!
Tolle, empfehlenswerte Wohnung
Wir werden sie nicht weiterempfehlen, weil wir sie dann nicht mehr buchen können. :-)
Sanja ist eine hilfsbereite nette Gastgeberin, die Kommunikation klappte auch vor der Reise tadellos.
Die Wohnung ist komplett ausgestattet (evtl. ein Klimagerät mehr) und sehr sauber. Ein schöner Balkon mit Nachmittagssonne und Loungemöbel, aber auch mit Wäscheleinen. Vom Balkon ist das Meer zu sehen, zu dem es zu Fuß ca. 10 Minuten bergab ist. Supermarkt, Bäcker, Geldautomat und Restaurants sind fußläufig erreichbar.
Nach Porec fährt der Bummelzug an der Promenade entlang, Fahrzeit ca. 8 Minuten.
Kaufland, Lidl und eine Tanke sind mit dem PKW in 5 Minuten erreichbar, wenn man den Wagen vom Schattenparkplatz fahren möchte.
Immer wieder wunderbar!
Sie ist großzügig geschnitten, gut ausgestattet, sehr sauber und hat eine ausgezeichnete Lage. Ruhig, in einer Seitenstraße gelegen, mit eigenem Schattenparkplatz direkt vor dem Haus, aber dennoch sind Geschäfte, Restaurants und der Strand fußläufig problemlos erreichbar!
Nach Porec in die Altstadt hinein läuft man am Strand entlang circa 30 Minuten.
Wie schon beim ersten Aufenthalt vor sieben Jahren, funktioniert die Kommunikation im Vorhinein via Mail mit Sanja problemlos. Sie ist eine absolut unkomplizierte, hilfsbereite Vermieterin, die es versteht, ihren Feriengästen einen tollen Urlaub zu ermöglichen!

Es ist nicht weit zum Strand und zu Restaurants und Bars.

Tolle Tage
Frau Pilipovic war sehr freundlich und jederzeit ansprechbar Haben uns in der Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt.
Sie ist sehr sauber und bietet allen Komfort wie beschrieben.
Bars,Restaurant, Einkauf und Strand sind in wenigen gehminuten erreichbar.
Gelungener Urlaub
Es war insgesamt ein sehr schöner Urlaub.
Die Wohnung ist ein Traum ,es ist alles da was man braucht.
Es ist eine sehr ruhige Lage,die Vermieterin ist total nett,steht immer mit Rat und Tat zur Verfügung.Einkaufsmöglichkeiten,Lokale,Wechselstube,Strand alles in der Nähe.Es gibt sogar Lidl und Kaufland in ca.3 km.Entfernung.Es war insgesamt ein sehr schöner Urlab ,wir können es nur empfehlen.
Toll ausgestattete Ferienwohnung in guter Lage
Die Vermieterin ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit, wohnt im gleichen Haus, aber die Wohnung ist komplett abgetrennt und man ist völlig ungestört. Die sehr geräumige Wohnung mit Balkon beinhaltet allen Komfort incl. Waschmaschine und Geschirrspüler, Herd und Kühlschrank, TV und WLan.
Die Lage ist sehr gut, beschatteter Parkplatz direkt vor dem Haus, Supermarkt und diverse Restaurants zu Fuß bestens erreichbar, ebenso der Strand, an dem wir allerdings nicht zum Baden waren, da sich viele schöne Buchten in der Nöhe befinden. Porec Zentrum ist mit dem Auto (oder ggf. Fahrrad) ebenfalls sehr schnell zu erreichen.

Riesige Ferienwohnung in guter Lage
Die Wohnung verfügt über einen Balkon in ausreichender Größe. Deutsches Fernsehen und WLAN sind vorhanden.
Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Urlaub und können diese Unterkunft absolut weiterempfehlen. Gerade mit kleinen Kindern ist die Waschmaschine, die nur von den Mietern der Ferienwohnung genutzt wird, von Vorteil.
