The new holiday apartment " unter Reet" can accommodate 4 guests on 70 m² and has 2 bedrooms, 1 living room with kitchenette, 1 bathroom with shower and 2 balconies (living room+bedroom).
The accommodation is located in a thatched House in the 1st floor and attic (with window). In the House, there are only four apartments.
The House itself is surrounded by greenery on a bicycle path to the lagoon, so there is no traffic noise. Everything is decorated in warm, bright colours. The large and rich in fish Lagoon is located only 150m away.
The holiday apartment was completely remodelled and renovated in January 2016.

In Wieck, direction Zingst/Prerow in the Prerower street or from the direction of Ahrenshoop/Born in the main street, drive until The Information and guest Center "Darßer Arche" right on the the Sparkassen buildings (German Bank) in in the Bliesenrader way
turn and then straight ahead up to the beautiful thatched House with your holiday apartment "Schwalbennest. There is a parking lot next to the house.

Wunderschöne Fewo in traumhafter Lage
Das Preis/Leistungsverhältnis passt zu dieser wunderschönen modernen, stil- und liebevoll, gemütlichen und gepflegten eingerichteten Wohnung. Uns haben beim Betreten der Wohnung erst Schwalbennester und dann ein herrlicher Duft empfangen und eine hervorragende Sauberkeit. Es war alles da, was man braucht, es hat uns an nichts gefehlt, Wir hatten einen entspannten und traumhaften Urlaub. Wir kommen gerne jederzeit wieder.

nichts stimmt... Grösse, WLAN, Ausstattung
Die Wohnung hat 75m2 Grundfläche aber höchstens 50 m2 Wohnfläche durch schräge Wände. Das obere Schlafzimmer ist nur für Kinder nicht grösser als 1.50 m geeignet.
Es ist sehr schön auf dem Darss, die FeWo hat uns den Aufenthalt vermiesst. Wir kommen gerne wieder aber nicht zu dieser Vermieterin. Die FeWo ist nicht zu empfehlen, für die Grösse und Ausstattung zu teuer.
