Cancellation policy according to Art. 1382 of the Italian Civil Code
There is no right of withdrawal as defined by the Italian Consumer Protection Code. Nevertheless, we grant you a right of withdrawal under the following cancellation conditions pursuant to Art. 1382 of the Italian Civil Code:
The reservation can be cancelled without a cancellation fee up to 90 days before the arrival date. Only the deposit will be retained.
In the event of cancellations by the guest in the period between the 90th day before the agreed arrival date and the arrival date itself, the guest is obliged to pay the following cancellation fees:
Cancellation up to 30 days before the arrival date: 50% of the agreed total price
Cancellation less than 30 days before the arrival date: 75% of the agreed total price
In the event of a no-show by the guest or early departure by the guest, the fee for the entire booking period is due in full.

Coming from Bolzano:
Drive on the MEBO expressway until you reach the TERLAN exit, then take the road uphill towards MÖLTEN and VÖRAN. As soon as you reach the Aschl district with the small church, turn left at the bus stop, and after 200 meters you will have arrived at Spitalerhof! The road ends here.
Coming from Merano:
Pass through the OBERMAIS district and follow the signs towards HAFLING (SP98) and VÖRAN, continue past there until you reach the Aschl district with the small church. Turn right at the bus stop below the road and follow the small road for about 200 meters. You have now arrived at Spitalerhof!

ob für Bozen oder Meran oder auch an den Gardasee. Alles gut erreichbar. Verena war für alle Fragen offen und hat uns tolle Tipps für die Umgebung gegeben. Vielen Dank!
Neben wunderbaren Ausflügen (die Ideen gingen uns auch trotz des mäßigen Wetters dank Verenas Tipps nicht aus) zum Haflinger Erlebnisweg, in die Eisenbahnwelt, zum großen Wasserfall, Köfeleweg, etc. hatten wir auch auf dem Hof wunderschöne Stunden. Die Kinder nutzten die vielen Spielgeräte oder besuchten die Tiere. Verena nahm sich immer Zeit für ein paar nette Worte und ging auch insbesondere sehr freundlich auf unsere Kinder ein, das freute uns besonders.
Was für ein wundervoller Ort!
Wir haben einen wunderschönen Herbsturlaub auf dem Spitalerhof verbracht. Bäuerin Verena und Bauer Erhard haben uns herzlich empfangen und unsere Kinder (4 und 8 Jahre) haben sich sofort wohl gefühlt. Täglich konnten die Eier aus dem Stall geholt, Hasen und Meerschweinchen gefüttert und die Hofkatzen gestreichelt werden. Ein Highlight für unsere Kinder war die gemeinsame Ernte von Gemüse auf dem Feld mit Bäuerin Verena. Wir waren in der modern eingerichteten Wohnung Calendula mit großem sonnigen Balkon, von hier hatten wir auch immer unsere Kinder auf dem Hof im Blick. Unser Sohn hat jeden Tag mit den Kindern von Verena und Erhard Fußball gespielt und wäre am liebsten nur auf dem Hof geblieben, wobei man wirklich viele schöne Ausflüge machen kann. Bäuerin Verena hatte viele Ausflugtipps für uns, vor allem der Haflinger Erlebnisweg hat uns super gefallen. Herzlichen Dank für den tollen Urlaub, wir kommen ganz bestimmt nochmal wieder!
