otherwise (later than 14 days before arrival) 100% of the rental price.
At the same time, the lessor will try to find a substitute lessee.

Price reduction: In the event of a short-term failure of equipment, the

Perfekt
Familie Schäfer ist sehr gastfreundlich, nett und hilfsbereit. Ein Traum ist der Pool, der Punkt auf dem I.
Wir denken oft an die tolle Zeit, auch wenn das Wetter nicht ganz so mit gespielt hat. Es ist nicht weit zum Europa Park, Rulantica, nach Frankreich. Selbst Stuttgart, Sinsheim und Freiburg sind gut zu erreichen. Wir haben viel erlebt und hoffen, dass es uns mal wieder in den schönen Schwarzwald und vor allem zu Familie Schäfer verschlägt. Liebe Grüße von uns, vor allem an Mira. Auch sie vermissen wir.

Schöner Urlaub bei sehr netten Gastgebern!!!
Schon bei der Ankunft sind wir durch die überaus sympathischen Gastgebern sehr freundlich empfangen worden. Die Ferienwohnung war sehr schön und geräumig, außerdem war alles renoviert und sehr sauber!
Das i-Tüpfelchen war der Außenpool in dem liebevoll angelegten Garten, den man nach Absprache immer benutzen konnte, was aber überhaupt kein Problem gewesen ist.
Die Ferienwohnung liegt sehr zentral für Unternehmungen ( Europa-Park 25 Min., Elsass 60 Min., Titisee und Todtnau 80 Min.)
Wir möchten Familie Schäfer nochmals für ihre Freundlichkeit sowie ihrer Zuvorkommenheit und Hilfsbereitschaft danken. Es hat uns allen ausnahmslos gefallen und wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Tolle Ferienwohnung
Viel Spaß hatten wir bei der Mitnutzung des Pools und mit Mira dem Hund.
Schade aber verständlich dass das Bogenschießen nicht geklappt hat.

Super Gastgeber
Der Pool ist bei heißem Wetter wirklich ein Segen und man kann super schwimmen.
Für Kinder ist diese Ferienwohnung auch sehr geeignet da sie sehr weitläufig ist und Manfred und Brigitte auch noch einen Hund ( unsere Ella redet noch jeden Tag von Kira) und ein Pferd haben.
Wir werden öfter zu Ihnen fahren und mit Ihnen ein zwei Weinchen trinken
Ankommen und Wohlfühlen - liebevoll eingerichtete Ferienwohnung
Die Ferienwohnung hat mir sehr gut gefallen. Sie ist perfekt ausgestattet, gemütlich und liebevoll eingerichtet bis ins Detail und sehr sauber und gepflegt.
Die Wohnung liegt nur 15 km von Offenburg (Kreisstadt und größte Stadt des Ortenaukreises) entfernt. Für die Freizeitgestaltung wird einiges geboten. (Wandern im Schwarzwald/Weinberge/Vogesen, Städtetrip nach Straßburg/Freiburg oder Besuch des Europapark)

Sehr familiäres Umfeld und eine gemütliche Unterkunft
Diese ist zwar in einem kleinen Dorf etwas ab Schuss, man ist allerdings auch in ca. 15 Minuten in Offenburg. Außerdem kann man in der gemütlich eingerichteten Wohnung, sowie dem liebevoll angelegten Garten gut abschalten und es blieben meinerseits keine Wünsche offen.
Vor allem aber überzeugen die Gastgeber mit ihrer Herzlichkeit und den Bemühungen, dem Gast den Aufenthalt so angenehm wie möglich zu gestalten. Ganz egal ob Freizeittipps, ein gemeinsamer Kaffee oder Hilfe bei alltäglichen Dingen wie der Werkstattsuche in der Umgebung. Man wird in keinem Falle alleingelassen.
In diesem Sinne nochmal herzliche Grüße an die Gastgeber.
