If the tenant withdraws from the contract and no other renting is possible, the owner has a right to compensation according to the following sliding scale:
up to 45 days before the start of the rental period - 15% of the rental price
44 to 30 days before the start of the rental period - 50% of the rental price
29 to 2 days before the start of the rental period - 80% of the rental price
Cancellation within 1 day before the beginning of the rental period or in the event of no-show - 100% of the rental price
Irrespective of that, a cancellation fee of €60 is due. We recommend that you take out a travel cancellation insurance policy and suggest the EUROPÄISCHE Reiseversicherung (European Travel Insurance) (VersSt.-Nr. 802/V90802001324). If the tenant arrives later or departs earlier, they have no right to a refund of part of the rental price.

Hier war alles vorhanden, was man für einen schönen erholsamen Aufenthalt braucht.
FeWo hat sehr gute Lage (zum Strand ca.5min. zu Fuß) -herrlich. Wir kommen gerne wieder.
traumhafte Lage - direkt hinter der Düne, superschöne Ferienwohnung mit eigenem Garten
Anfang März haben wir ein paar wunderschöne Tage mit langen Strandspaziergängen am Meer und gemütlichen Abenden "zu Hause" verbracht. In Zingst kann man prima essen gehen, auch in der Nebensaison haben viele Lokale und Läden geöffnet. Zur Wohnung gehört auch ein eigener privater Garten, den man im Sommer sicher gerne nutzt. Wir haben uns sehr Wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder.
