The wonderful location 20 meters from the beach between the Baltic Sea and the forest "Granitz" is quiet but even not far from the center of Binz.
Looking out of the windows from the flat you have a fantastic panoramic view to the coast. At sunny days the wellknown "Kreidefelsen" can be seen.
Behind the house the lovely coastal path begins.
