This fantastic apartment is on the fourth floor of an antique palace in the San Marco Quarter. 2 double bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms, exquisite furniture, a lovely terrace and dining room on the top floor. The Penthouse is facing all sides of the palace and it is furnished with central air conditioning, Wi-fi and all modern commodities. The Large and bright living room can sit 8 persons and the dining room has seating for 8 as well. The terrace is equipped with armchairs and a table where you can dine and sunbathe. This is the second living room for about 7 month a year. The bedrooms are queen size and the gold up canopy with the exquisite 17th and 18th century furniture give a character to the rooms that is unique.
The bathrooms are in marble and the kitchen is fully equipped also for professional cooks.
The apartment can be reached by stairs or a lift and the proximity with the Sant’Angelo vaporetto is extremely convenient for Alilaguna Airport shuttle boat and vaporetto Line 1.
