This beautiful 80sqm apartment is located in Eilsum (5km to Greetsiel) directly on the canal and impresses with a wonderful view over the water and meadows. On the upper floor you will find the spacious living area with dining area, fireplace, sofa, armchair and TV, as well as the passage directly to the furnished balcony with a fantastic view of the water. Directly adjacent is the fully equipped large kitchen, which has, among other things, a ceramic hob, refrigerator with freezer compartment, microwave, dishwasher, filter coffee machine, kettle, toaster and a hand mixer. On the same floor there is also a bedroom with a double bed (single mattresses), wardrobe and chest of drawers, as well as the beautiful bathroom with floor-to-ceiling shower, large skylight, washing machine, toilet, sink and hairdryer. There are vacuum cleaners, clothes racks and other cleaning utensils in the storage room.
In the converted attic you will find a beautiful gallery with two single beds (1.00m x 2.00m mattresses), chest of drawers, armchairs and a desk. From here you also have a great view over the canal and the fields behind it!
Tiles are laid in the bathroom and kitchen, and the rest of the apartment is fitted with high-quality vinyl. The entire upper floor has underfloor heating, all important windows have fly screens and pleated blinds, and the bedrooms can also be darkened.
Up to two dogs weighing up to 15kg each are welcome here!

The apartment includes a parking space in front of the house. A lockable garden shed will soon be available for bicycles brought along.
