You will live with us in a stylishly furnished 55 sqm. As a special highlight, our apartment has a roof terrace with lounge furniture and a grill which offers you a breathtaking view. Our equipment is high quality, including a box spring bed, WiFi, bathtub, music system, TV, a large selection of books and games and a fully automatic coffee machine. A swimming pool and sauna are available in the complex in the price.

Eine wunderschöne Wohnung mit einer traumhaften Aussicht
Der Ausblick ist einfach nur traumhaft und die Wohnung mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht und vorallem super schön und gemütlich eingerichtet!!!!
Das tolle Schwimmbad gegenüber war auch super toll und hat uns viel Freude bereitet!!!
Die Lage ist toll, man ist super schnell am Mummelsee oder im Bären/Wolfspark, den wir auch empfehlen können(gerade mit kleinen Kindern toll)
Wir kommen gerne wieder!
Leider enttäuscht
Der TV ging nicht und man musste sich selbst darum kümmern um die Tage, abends, mal TV zu schauen.
Eine Stehlampe in der Stube war kaputt und die Kabel lagen offen - sehr gefährlich.
Im Schrank gefundene Gläser waren verschmutzt und auch die Küche mussten wir selbst erst einmal reinigen.
Der Stubentisch war provisorisch mit einem Stein als Tischbein ausgelegt und die Reinigung war auch gefühlt nur überflogen in der Wohnung tätig.
Die Hausverwaltung war nicht zu erreichen und das war sehr schade dass man dann so im Stich gelassen wurde.
Noch einmal werden wir dort nicht Urlaub machen, Schade für die Eigentümer die sich auf eine Hausverwaltung verlassen.
