Haus Titz und Riese in Matzelsdorf, above Dellach, offers you a cosy apartment.

The apartment on two floors for 4 people has 2 bedrooms, a large living room (60 sq. m.), a kitchen, shower/toilet and a large balcony.

Furthermore, the apartment has colour televisions with satellite and direct-dial telephone, a fully equipped kitchen with electric stove, microwave, coffee machine and refrigerator. Table and bed linens are provided. There is a baby cot available if needed.

A barbecue area as well as table tennis and badminton are available.

Coming from Munich via Salzburg on the Tauernautobahn to the Millstätter See motorway exit . Then continue via Millstatt to Dellach. In Dellach turn left towards Sappl. In Sappl turn right towards Matzelsdorf.

Sehr geräumige und wohnliche Fewo in ruhiger Lage oberhalb des Millstätter Sees. Die Kinder waren begeistert über ihr eigenes Domizil unterm Dach. Fewo mit allem Notwendigen ausgestattet, besonders ist der große breit überdachte Balkon (da ist auch ein Gewitter schön). Sehr nette und zuvorkommende Vermieter! In Matzelsdorf selbst ist der Matzelsdorfer Hof (5 Minuten zu Fuß) sehr empfehlenswert. In direkter Umgebung (fußläufig) ist der Wilde Mann Stein sehenswert, unweit (per Auto) der Millstätter See, das Granattor etc. Mit Familie eine abwechslungsreiche Gegend!

Frau Ramm hat es eigentlich alles schon perfekt auf den Punkt gebracht! Mittlerweile gibt es WLAN. Riesen Wohnzimmer mit zwei Couchen! Eine gescheite Pfanne zum Braten wäre noch schön, ein zwei scharfe Messer, vor allem zum Brot schneiden und ein Verlängerungskabel, damit man auch die Mikrowelle nutzen kann. Wir waren mit der Tochter da, die im Spitzboden schlafen musste, einen kleinen an warmen Tagen sehr heißen, stickigern Raum(aber mit TV) aber es gibt eine kleine mobile Klimaanlage. Wir hatten leider das Pech, das in unsren 8 Tagen Aufenthalt an Werktagen ab 7-8 Uhr oft schon Mäharbeiten oder sonstige lärmende Arbeiten rund ums Haus stattfanden. und man hat Glück oder Pech ob Raucher unter einem wohnen als Nichtraucher. Riesen schattiger Balkon auf Südseite.

Wir haben tolle und erholsame Tage bei Frau Titz verbracht in der großen Fewo. Alles war bestens, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder.

Sehr geräumige Fewo zum Wohlfühlen. Sie befindet sich oberhalb des Millstätter Sees in einer ruhigen Lage. Die FeWo ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Das Wohnzimmer läd zum Verweilen ein. Das zweite Schlafzimmer unter dem Dach fand unsere Tochter sehr gemütlich. Der große überdachte Balkon verspricht schöne Abendstunden und ist perfekt zum Ausruhen nach einer langeren Wanderung. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und haben viele tolle Tipps. !
Wir kommen auf jeden Fall gerne wieder!

Wohnung: sauber, gut ausgestattet, sehr großer Wohnraum, sehr steile und schmale Treppe zum Spitzboden (2. Schlafzimmer)
Lage: Vom schönen Balkon Blick auf den See, oberhalb des Sees, etwas abseits, Wanderungen vom Haus aus möglich, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und öffentlichen Badestelle Millstatt oder Dellach in ca. 15 min mit dem Auto erreichbar
WLAN: nicht in der Wohnung verfügbar (hier soll laut Aussage von Frau Titz in nächster Zeit nachgebessert werden)
Preis/Leistungs Verhältnis: sehr gut, Kosten für Strom und Wasser sehr hoch
Gastgeber: Sehr nett, aufmerksam
Anregung: als Familie hätte ich gerne die Millstätter See Karte gehabt um kostenlos die Badeanstalt im See besuchen zu können
