If the vacation guest does not expressly withdraw from the contract, the entire rental price is due, even if the vacation guest does not make use of any of the landlord's services.

Use of the vacation apartment:
The tenant must treat the vacation apartment with care. The vacation apartment may only be used by a maximum of the number of people booked and stated. In the event of over-occupancy, the tenant is obliged to inform the landlord of the excess persons. The landlord then has the right to charge the additional occupancy according to the price list.

Wir können nichts negatives über diese super Unterkunft sagen. Wir haben uns super wohl gefühlt.
Wir waren in der großen Traum FeWo im ersten Stock untergbracht.
DIe Wohnung ist ein einem tollen Zustand, sehr modern und in einer super Lage! Egal ob für Familen oder Gruppen, die Wohnung ist mit ihrer Aufteilung top geeignet! Tolles Wohnzimmer und super Küche , in diesem Räumen finden alle ihren Platz! Einen Skischuhwärmer und Platz für die Ski/Snowboards gibt es auch!
Alle Daumen hoch für diese Wohnung!
Mal ganz abgesehen von den außergewöhnlich freundlichen Vermietern! :)
Wirklich einer der besten FeWos in denen wir für einen SKiurlaub je waren!!! Wir kommen ganz sicher wieder!

Ferienwohnung perfekt, modern, gemütlich, einfach genial!!!
Die Eigentümer der Fe.-Wohnung sind so was von nett, das findet man so schnell nicht wieder. Sie sind absolut zuvorkommend, gastfreundlich und absolut liebenswert. Wenn man die Wechselbergers einmal kennengelernt hat, muss man sie einfach mögen.
Wir hoffen und bangen, dass wir auch im nächsten Jahr wieder die Chance haben, dort zu wohnen.

War wieder Spitze
Auch dieses Jahr durften wir wieder Eure schöne Wohnung geniessen. Wir waren ja mal wieder 9 Personen und hatten genügend Platz um uns breit zu machen. Die Idee eine zweiten Dusche zu bauen war super. So konnten auch unsere 2 "älteren" Herren gemütlich ein Liedchen im Kanon unter der Dusche pfeiffen. Herzlichen Dank Euch beiden für die Gastfreundschaft und wir freuen uns jetzt schon aufs nächste Jahr.

Super Woche
Die Woche bei euch werden wir nie vergessen. Wir wussten ja schon von den Bildern, wie toll die Wohnung ist, aber dass sie so toll ist, dass konnten wir nicht ahnen!! Dazu hatten wir noch geniales Wetter!! Einfach ein perfekter Ski - bzw. Snowboardurlaub!!! Wir freuen uns schon riesig auf 2011 und wünschen euch alles Gute, Gesundheit und Freude im Leben!! Die Gastgeber sind sehr aufgeschlossen und nett, es macht einfach Spaß , dort die Sommerferien zu verbringen.
