Attractive holiday flat for couples and families
Our comfortable holiday flat is the perfect oasis for a relaxing holiday by the lake. It is very spacious with approx. 65 m² of living space and offers a bright living-dining room, two cosy bedrooms, a well-equipped kitchen and a comfortable bathroom.
The bright living-dining room is equipped with a large dining table, a comfortable corner sofa and a modern TV.
From here, you can access the pretty south-facing balcony, whose awning provides pleasant shade when needed. Right next to the living-dining room is the compact fitted kitchen. Perfectly fitted fixtures offer plenty of storage space and the modern equipment has everything a cook's heart desires.
In the bedroom, a dreamy box-spring double bed, a spacious wardrobe and a desk await you, where you can concentrate on your work in peace if necessary. The elegant bathroom with bathtub leaves nothing to be desired and rounds off the upscale furnishings on the ground floor.
A small spiral staircase leads to the sunny room in the attic.
The bright and spacious room under the roof serves as a cosy retreat and can be used in many ways. Two comfortable single beds, which can be combined to a double bed, as well as a third bed are ready for a restful night's sleep.

Further important information:
The spiral staircase connecting the lower part with the gallery (2nd bedroom) is steep and not suitable for small children or people with limited mobility. This sleeping area is open down the spiral staircase to the entrance area of the flat.
