Es war ein schöner Urlaub
Vielen Dank für Ihre lieben Zeilen. Es macht mich sehr froh zu hören, dass Sie sich erholen konnten und Ihnen die Wohnung gefallen hat. Ich gebe mir immer Mühe, alles schön und gemütlich herzurichten, so wie ich es selbst auch gerne hätte. Umso mehr freut es mich, wenn Gäste das spüren und sich wohlfühlen. Ich wünsche Ihnen, dass Sie die Erholung noch lange mit in den Alltag nehmen können.
angenehm, aber auch enttäuschend
Leider war das Haus nicht sauber (mit Ausnahme der Bettwäsche), unter den Betten lag viel Staub und auch die Teppiche waren staubig. Im Badezimmer roch es nach Abwasser. Wir haben unser Bestes getan, um es sauber zu bekommen. Vergeblich. Wir sind deshalb einen Tag früher nach Hause gefahren.

vielen Dank für Ihre Rückmeldung. Es tut mir leid zu hören, dass Sie nicht zufrieden waren und deshalb sogar früher abgereist sind. Das trifft mich sehr, denn meine Gäste liegen mir am Herzen.
Mein Haus ist ein altes Fachwerkhaus, das regelmäßig gründlich gereinigt wird. Durch die vielen kleine Fugen entsteht jedoch schneller wieder Staub. Aber es stimmt: Staub unter den Betten sollte nicht vorkommen. Das werde ich mir zu Herzen nehmen und besser kontrollieren. Den Hinweis auf den Geruch im Bad nehme ich ernst und habe die Abflüsse noch einmal gründlich reinigen lassen.
Ich hoffe, Sie konnten trotz allem eine schöne Zeit im Harz verbringen.
