Just a stone’s throw or two from the center of Marielyst—with shopping, restaurants, leisure activities, and only 900 meters from one of Denmark’s best and most child-friendly beaches—this extremely cozy holiday home with a lovely annex is located at the end of a quiet, private street. The kitchen is equipped with a coffee maker, induction cooktop, separate oven, fridge-freezer combination, and dishwasher. There are two bathrooms—one in the main house and one in the annex—both with a toilet, sink, and shower. The bedrooms are arranged as follows: two rooms with double beds in the main house, and in the annex, one room with a double bed and one room with a single bed. The living room features a smart TV and Wi-Fi, as well as an air-to-air heat pump and a wood-burning stove for cozy evenings on cooler days. From the living room, you can step directly onto the large wooden terrace that runs around the house. LED lighting is installed along the terrace edges. A small storage room on the terrace contains the washing machine. On the terrace, there are garden furniture and a charcoal grill for enjoyable barbecue evenings. The holiday home is set on a 1,200 m² fenced plot, offering plenty of space for playing and running around. Rental is not available to youth groups.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.
