Holiday cottage located on a closed plot. 25 m² living room combined with the kitchen from 2006. The house has a simple furnishings and wooden floors in living room, kitchen, hall and bedroom. The smallest bathroom has carpet. 3 terraces and a sandpit.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that  you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.

Wir hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt im Ferienhaus in Roslev, Der Platz war groß genug für unsere fünfköpfige Familie, und die Kinder haben die Sandkiste geliebt! Die Küche war zwar einfach, hatte aber alles, was wir für unsere Mahlzeiten benötigten, Die drei Terrassen waren perfekt, um die Abendsonne zu genießen, Die Lage war friedlich, und wir fühlten uns während unseres einwöchigen Aufenthalts wirklich wie zu Hause,

Eine charmante kleine Hütte mit allem, was wir für unseren Aufenthalt benötigten, Es war sauber und gut gepflegt, und die freundlichen Gastgeber ließen uns wie zu Hause fühlen, Die nahegelegenen Essensmöglichkeiten, insbesondere Café Ertebølle, waren ein Genuss, Würde für einen entspannten Familienurlaub empfehlen!
