The house offers a total of eight comfortable bedrooms as well as two lofts, providing extra space for overnight stays. Additionally, there is an activity room equipped with entertainment options such as table football, billiards, table tennis, and darts – perfect for fun and cozy hours together. The activity room is directly connected to the large, bright living room, which is open to the well-equipped kitchen – ideal for social gatherings. In the pool area, you can enjoy a swim in the pool or relax in the four-person hot tub, and there is, of course, also access to the sauna. The house is equipped with everything you need to feel at home and enjoy a relaxing holiday. Outside, a landscaped garden of 1,780 m² awaits, offering plenty of space for the whole family to play and have fun. For the children, there is a swing, sandbox, trampoline, and other toys, while older kids can enjoy the basketball hoop, pole tennis, and two football goals. There are also garden furniture, two sun loungers, a grill, as well as both an open and covered terrace – perfect for relaxing and enjoying meals outdoors. Additionally, there are six free parking spaces on the property.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that  you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.
