On the ground floor, you will find a large living room with a comfortable sofa, TV with a selection of Danish and German channels, and a Nintendo Wii for entertainment. A dining table offers plenty of space for the whole family to gather. The ground floor also includes a spacious bedroom with a double bed and ample storage, as well as a bright bathroom with a shower. A practical utility room is equipped with a washing machine and dryer, and families with young children will appreciate the high chair and cot available in the house. Upstairs in the attic, there are two additional bedrooms, each furnished with a double bed. This layout makes the house ideal for families or small groups traveling together, offering both shared spaces and private rooms. Outdoors, guests can enjoy two terraces, one of which is covered and perfect for barbecues or relaxing in the summer weather. A small enclosed playground is also available, making the property particularly family-friendly. The surrounding area is both scenic and inviting, with easy access to water, forests, and wide open landscapes. It is a wonderful setting for long walks, birdwatching, or simply enjoying the natural beauty of the Wadden Sea region. Various excursion destinations are also within easy reach, offering opportunities for cultural visits and day trips. The house is equipped with an iron, ironing board, and vacuum cleaner for added convenience.
