The house has been family owned since it was built in 1933 and was used as a lookout post during World War II due to its unique location. It is thus one of the oldest preserved houses in Henne Strand. The house is located on a dune top at a height of 36 meters. Only 100 meters from the beach and 200 meters from the city center. The sea can be seen from all bedrooms, however, the experience is greatest on the first floor where the dormer windows go from floor to ceiling as well as in the living room and dining room, where the decor allows you to sit and relax with a picturesque view. 2 bath rooms with shower.
