Nice holiday home with great views, right by the Kåsefjord with good fishing opportunities. The house is a detached house built in 1932, renovated in 2007. The holiday home is idyllically located by the fjord on a hilly natural plot with a beautiful, spacious terrace of 200 m². Fantastic views of the fjord, wooded hills and islets. Here you can relax in the sun or prepare the day's catch on the gas grill. From the entrance there is the entrance to the bathroom, which has underfloor heating, washing machine and dryer. Cozy living room with TV and efficient oil fireplace. In extension of the living room there is a bright and spacious dining room with a charming, rustic wood stove. Open, well-equipped kitchen with patio door to the southwest-facing terrace. Three bedrooms upstairs; one with a double bed, one with two single beds that can be folded and one with a family bunk with space for three. Two cots (0-3 years) are available, and there is plenty of space for these in 2 of the bedrooms. The house is beautifully situated in a hilly, wooded landscape with only 50 m to the fjord. In Kåsefjorden there are rich fishing opportunities, especially sea trout. Boat can be rented in the period 1.3 - 1.10, weather permitting. The holiday home is located approx. 20 km east of Kristiansand which is the nearest town, and approx. 17 km west of Lillesand which is a classic Norwegian southern village. The area offers varied nature experiences, and the Zoo is located approx. 12 km from the house. Local shop approx. 2 km from the house, a larger grocery store in Rona approx. 13 km from the house. Sørlandsparken 16 km away also offers good shopping opportunities. The nearest neighbor is 50 m below the holiday home and in a family with the owner. Parking for 2 cars right next to the house. The house has a basement that is not accessible to guests. The road from the main road to the house is relatively narrow and hilly. The owner's private pier is not intended as a place to stay for guests, but you have access to the sea and a boat for rent from the pier by agreement with the owner. At the pier is a gutting bench and the owner's boathouse where guests can use a freezer of 500 l.
