Cozy holiday home close to a large beach in scenic surroundings. Well-equipped holiday home with waterborne heat in the floors on the 1st floor. From the hallway / living room on the second floor you can look down into the living room and kitchen. TV: Norwegian, German, and international TV channels via fiber and altibox. Free wireless internet, 200 Mbits speed. Electric car charger available. Swimming opportunities on the idyllic Sandvikssanden 100 m away. 30 km from the holiday home there is a restaurant which is open from Thursday to Sunday parts of the year. Salmon rivers in Åheim and Syvde, 32 km and 25 km. 3 km to Sandvikvannet with trout. 900 m to Hakallegarden, an open farm with special animals such as alpacas, peacocks, mini pigs, and donkeys. Surrounded by mountains with hiking trails and stunning views. Great for day trips by car to the West Cape, Runde, Ålesund with the aquarium, Geiranger, Loen with Skylift. Boats for rent (not included in the price): 1x 21 foot boat Øien 620F with 60 HP Suzuki 4-stroke engine, 7-inch Garmin chartplotter, GPS and echo sounder. Another boat can be rented on request. Boat rental is payable to owner on arrival. Life jackets are included in boat / kayak rentals. Distance to boat: 140 meters. Covered filleting area for fish with light and running water. Please note that for a boat with 60 HP, you will need a boat driver's license if born after 1 January 1980. Minimum 14 days rent. Boat rental between April 15th and October 15th.
