Well-kept and spacious cottage with swimming pool, whirlpool and sauna located on a large dune plot approx. 400 meters from the North Sea. The pool area is ideal for relaxation and well-being and consists of 16 m & # 178; swimming pool, whirlpool, sauna and shower. The kitchen, which is in open connection with the living room, contains i.a. dishwasher, freezer, microwave and stove with ceramic hobs and convection oven. From the bright and well-appointed living room there is a large view of the pool area via a large glass section. The living room includes wood burning stove, DVD player and TV. For the children there is a cot and high chair. From the living room there is access to the south-facing terrace, which invites to sunbathing and coziness, and on the north side of the house there is a large terrace with built-in petanque court (bring your own balls). There is a swing. There is energy-friendly air to water heat pump, which heats the water in the pool. Not for rent to youth groups.

Die Entfernung zum Strand, zum Pool, die Raumaufteilung
Gemütliches Haus, schöner Pool- und Saunabereich , Der Strand ist nah , Einkaufszentrum etwas weiter weg, / Die Energiekosten hielten sich in Grenzen obwohl wir sehr kalte Wintertage hatten, / Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt,

Der Pool war sehr schön
Die groÃe Fensterfront,der kleine Spielplatz am Haus,die 2 Terassen, Die Lage ist sehr gut und man kann das Meer in wenigen Minuten zu Fuà erreichen! Ein Kritikpunkt gibt es ,das Haus ist für 8 Personen geeignet, es gibt nur 3 Kochtöpfe, da wird ein warmes Mahl mitunter schwierig, da es nur 1 wirklich grossen Topf gibt, einen mittleren und einen Kleinen, der zum Eier kochen genutzt werden kann, AuÃerdem war der Trockner nicht gereinigt und es roch im Haus in einem Zimmer und in der vorderen Toilette stark nach Katzenurin,das war nicht so schön! Im groÃen und ganzen kann man das Haus weiterempfehlen ,es war ein sehr schöner Urlaub, Dankeschön! Kathleen Jönsson
Durch die grossen Scheiben konnte man prima vom Wohnzimmer zum Pool sehen, der Gartenanteil ist mit einem kleinen Zaun umrandet, die Küche und der grosse Tisch luden zum kochen und gemeinsamen Essen ein,
Die Poolabteilung, es gab einen kleinen Umkleidebereich in Verbindung mit dem Pool, was super praktisch war, / / Im Allgemeinen / gute Zimmer, / gemütlicher Gemeinschaftsbereich (Wohnzimmer-Küche) / gute Lage in Bezug auf den Strand und 30 Gehminuten nach Søndervig,

Schwimmbad war gut schallisoliert, schöne Aussicht auf die Dünen, ruhige Lage,
Es war alles sehr gut,,,, schön mit neuen Geräten und neu renoviertem Küchen- und Badezimmerbereich,,,

Das Haus ist hervorragend eingerichtet, verfügt über alles, was Sie brauchen, sowie einen Pool, der groß genug ist, um vernünftig darin zu schwimmen, außerdem einen Whirlpool und eine Sauna, nahe am Meer und die Möglichkeit für schöne Spaziergänge.
Ein sehr gut eingerichtetes Ferienhaus mit schönem großem Pool und Sauna und guter Lage
Es war einfach perfekt für unsere Bedürfnisse, schöne Wohnküche, von der aus man einen Blick auf den Pool hatte, so dass die Kinder (im Alter von 9 und 12 Jahren) anfangen konnten, bevor die Erwachsenen fertig waren, das Haus ist auch schön gelegen Wasser,
