The property borders the beach Sandvikssanden, 150 m away, with chalky white sand and a changing room with shower and WC. Hakalletrappen, a stone staircase with approx. 700 steps, leads to fantastic views of the islands and sea. The area offers great fishing opportunities, including sea fishing. 5 km to the trout lake Sandvikvatnet. Filleting space and freezer in the basement. Distance to boat: One mooring 500 m away, 3 km to the rest of the moorings. The boat is booked at the same time as booking the holiday home.
