- 2 bedrooms and a shower room are located on the upper floor
- On the ground floor, there is another bedroom and shower room, kitchen with dining area, pantry, laundry room, and the living room. The kitchen as well as the living room have direct access to the terrace, where there is a charcoal grill for all barbecue enthusiasts and various seating options to end the evening with a sunset and a cozy glass of wine.
The living area, in addition to a modern flat-screen TV with satellite connection and Wi-Fi, offers a cozy wood-burning stove for cooler evenings.
In front of the first bedroom on the upper floor, there is a small roof terrace with a charming view of the greenery.
The house is rented all year round and is equipped with climate inverters (warm/cold function).
Outdoor area: Two terraces, partially covered with various seating options, and 4 sun loungers at the pool area.

You have the right to cancel your booking at any time before the start of the trip. The amount of the cancellation fees depends on when we receive your cancellation notice. The following cancellation fees apply:
- for a cancellation up to 60 days before the start of the rental period, 0% of the rental fee,
- for a cancellation from 59 days to 29 days before the start of the rental period, 30% of the rental fee,
- for a cancellation from 28 days to 15 days before the start of the rental period, 50% of the rental fee, and for cancellations made later or if the contracted services are not used, the entire rental fee = 100%.
Notwithstanding these standardized cancellation fees, you retain the right to prove that the damage incurred was less. If you provide a suitable replacement tenant or if we are able to re-let the property under the same terms, the cancellation costs will be waived for the period of the re-letting. We recommend that you take out travel cancellation insurance.

Die Betreuung durch Frau Klee war sehr nett und unkompliziert! Vielen Dank dafür!
Traumhaus mit Superpool!
Garten und Pool sind außerordentlich schön. Das Salzwasser ist superklar und angenehmer als im Schwimmbad.
Alles war sehr sauber und gepflegt. Die Küche ist nicht mehr die allerneuste, es hat aber alles gut funktioniert und die vollständige Ausstattung war besser als wir das aus anderen Häusern kennen.
Auf dem Weg zum Strand kommt man an einer kleinen Bar vorbei, die wir gerne hier auch empfehlen möchten. Am Anfang sind wir mit dem Auto zum Strand gefahren, doch nach ein paar Tagen haben wir die versteckte Treppe zum Strand gefunden und haben unser Mietauto eigentlich nicht mehr benötigt.
Wir freuen uns schon auf den kommenden Herbst!

Perfekte Erholung für die ganze Familie
Der kleine, ruhige Ort Cala Llombards bietet alles für den täglichen Bedarf: einen kleinen Supermarkt, ein Restaurant im Ort und eins am zu Fuß gut erreichbaren Strand. Der Strand ist sehr gut geeignet für kleinere Kinder, aber genauso spannend für die Größeren (Beach-Volleyball, Felsen springen, Tretboot mieten etc.). Und auch die weiteren Strände in der Umgebung sind sehr schön.
