On the upper level, there is a large terrace covered with stone tiles. Directly adjacent to it, you enter the conservatory, which can be fully opened in the summer. A set of 3 steps leads to the well-equipped eat-in kitchen.
An atrium staircase takes you to the lower floor, where there is a bedroom and adjacent to it, a bathroom with a shower. From the bedroom, you access another terrace, which is separated by a small wall and adjoins a lawn.

Exit Florence (Firenze) at Impruneta (toll booth), heading towards Siena. Take the exit for Colle di Val d'Elsa, towards Siena-Grosseto. Continue straight over 2 roundabouts, roughly in the direction of Grosseto-Follonica on the 541. After about 25 km, turn right (towards Massa-Marittima), up the switchbacks, down the mountain past Frosini, and after about 11 km (gas station), turn right towards Follonica and Massa Marittima onto the 441. After about 18 km, you will reach Gabellino. From there, turn left towards Boccheggiano.
