A wonderfully comfortable and at the same time cozy furnished chalet with a covered terrace, lounge set, and garden furniture on a spacious plot. A free parking space is available directly at the chalet. The chalet also has a shed where you can store bicycles and your luggage.
The living room has a cozy sitting area and a dining area. The chalet has central heating, which gives the room a comfortable atmosphere. Furthermore, there are two bedrooms, both of which can be completely darkened, one equipped with a double bed, the other with two single beds. The kitchen is also fully equipped (Senseo, kettle, toaster, microwave, oven, freezer, etc). The sliding doors lead to the wonderful wind-protected covered terrace with the lovely lounge set. Unlimited internet access is possible for a small extra charge.

4-Cancellation
4.1.The main tenant has the right to cancel a booking in writing, without costs, no later than 8 days after signing the agreement, unless the stay at the chalet takes place within one month after signing.
4.2.After the period mentioned in 4.1 has passed, the tenant is only entitled to cancel in writing by agreeing to the following cancellation fees: a) if canceled 6 weeks before the day of arrival: 30% of the invoice b) if canceled less than 6 weeks before the day of arrival: the full invoice amount, thus 100%
4.3.The cancellation of the booking by the (main) tenant is also considered a cancellation for all (additional) tenants.
4.4.A cancellation dated on a Saturday or Sunday or on a public holiday recognized in the Netherlands is considered a cancellation from the following working day.
4.5.The cancellation of the agreement (as described in 4.1. to 4.4) must be carried out via email with acknowledgment of receipt or by registered mail.
4.6.Olmenchalets does not offer cancellation insurance. Olmenchalets points out that it is possible to take out cancellation insurance with an external provider.
