Wunderschönes altes Haus, kürzlich renoviert, mit moderner Küche und Bad. Gepflegter Garten mit schöner Terrasse im Schatten von Bäumen, wo Sie in Ruhe und Privatsphäre frühstücken können, mit Blick auf die angrenzenden Felder und Wälder. Absolut ruhige Lage.
Die Umgebung bietet viele schöne Dörfer und kleine Städte, die einen Besuch wert sind. In der näheren Umgebung gingen wir gerne auf lokale Märkte, besuchten die Höhle von Tourtoirac und das prächtige Schloss von Hautefort sowie die Städte Brive und Terrasson. Ein längerer Tagesausflug führte uns in einige der schönsten Dörfer Frankreichs, wie Rocamadours und Collognes la Rouge. Es gibt noch viel mehr zu entdecken, und wir hoffen, eines Tages zurückzukehren, um unsere Erkundung der Region fortzusetzen. Der einzige wirkliche Nachteil ist, dass man viel Zeit im Auto verbringt, um herumzukommen, da die Straßen eng und langsam sind (zumindest für Ortsfremde wie uns).
