On the upper floor there are 3 double rooms and a beautiful full bath, each with a view of the Sylt dune landscape. The double rooms are tastefully decorated with furniture by Henri Quinta.
The Attic has a large double room with a view of the dunes and a designer bathroom.
Other rooms for playing, washing, etc. are in the basement. If necessary, you can also stay here overnight.
In the 1300 sqm south garden, teak furniture, beach chairs and lounge sofas invite you to linger.
The property is not directly on the street.

Perfekter Urlaub im perfektem Haus

Das Haus entspricht nicht den Erwartungen
Leider mussten wir feststellen, dass der Zustand des Ferienhauses nicht unseren Erwartungen entsprochen hat (abends nicht ausreichend heißes Wasser zum Duschen, verkalkte Espressomaschine, Holzverkleidung an den Heizungen fiel ständig herunter, verstopfte Abflüsse in den Waschbecken, undichte Badewanne, alte Matratzen, defekte Dielen etc.).
Insgesamt machten Haus und Grundstück auf uns leider keinen gepflegten Eindruck, was insbesondere in Anbetracht des Mietpreises enttäuschend war.
Uns liegt sehr am Herzen, dass sich unsere Gäste in unserem Haus wohlfühlen und die Zeit auf unserer schönen Insel geniessen können.
Darum sorgen wir dafür, dass der hohe Standard unseres Hauses jederzeit gewährleistet ist. So ist es für uns selbstverständlich umgehend zu reagieren, wenn Gäste ein Anliegen haben. Wenn jedoch sofort entsandte Handwerker weder technisch, noch optisch Mängel feststellen können, so bedauern wir natürlich, dass wir dem Anliegen unserer Gäste nicht entsprechen können, gehen jedoch von einem Missverständnis aus und hoffen, dass unseren Gästen unser schönes, gepflegtes Haus doch noch genauso gefallen hat und ans Herz gewachsen ist wie uns. Für alle Fälle haben wir aber jederzeit einen Ansprechpartner vor Ort, der unser Haus betreut und für unsere Gäste da ist.
