De Hanze 12 is a flat suitable for 12 people. The flat consists of 3 floors. On the ground floor there are 3 bedrooms with two single beds. On the first floor you will find the spacious living room with kitchen (with combi microwave, kettle, filter coffee maker, fridge, freezer and dishwasher), a dining table and two sitting areas, both with smart TV. You can sit outside at both the back and front (with beautiful views) on the spacious balcony that runs around the entire floor. On the second floor you will find 3 more bedrooms, each with two single beds. There are 3 bathrooms in total, 1 downstairs and 2 upstairs, as well as two separate toilets.A maximum of 3 cars are allowed in the park, so you will receive 3 access passes. These 3 cars can be parked close to the house. If you arrive with more than 3 cars, you must park the other cars in the parking lot near the main building.Please note that not all properties are directly at the water. Do you want to be right by the water? You can book a property with preference. We may add a deposit to the booking until the day of arrival.
