The house has 4 bedrooms, each with a double bed, and 2 bathrooms with underfloor heating. The living room has cable TV, WiFi, and entertainment options such as PlayStation and Nintendo Wii. The fully equipped kitchen has a microwave, stove with oven and hob, electric kettle, coffee maker, and a fridge/freezer with 150 liters of freezer space. Outside, you will find garden furniture, a barbecue, sun loungers, and swings. The lockable shed provides secure storage. Relax in the sauna or enjoy the spa. The house is allergy-friendly, ensuring a comfortable stay for all guests. Located just 700 meters from the beach, 500 meters from a restaurant, and 4000 meters from shopping, you have easy access to everything you need. Additional amenities include no pets allowed, no smoking, crib, high chair, and floor heating throughout the house. Experience comfort and convenience in this beautiful vacation home.
