Im Wohnzimmer stehen 2 Gartensessel und eine 2-sitzige alte Couch, Der Billardtisch ist runtergekommen - das Tuch zerschlissen- und nicht bespielbar, Die Außenanlagen sind ungepflegt, Der schöne Teich ist ebenso ungepflegt, Die letzten Blumen gammeln im Wohnzimmer vor sich hin, Die PKW Stellplätze sind nur mit Lackkratzern zu erreichen weil das Grundstück so zugewachsen ist, Die Hausmülltonne quillt über, Der Müll kann somit nicht ordnungsgemäß entsorgt werden, Die Heizungsanlage erwärmt das Haus auf maximal 22 Grad, Das Masterbad lässt sich nur minimal über eine nicht regelbare Fußbodenheizung erwärmen, Handtuchheizung ist defekt, Dusche überschwemmt bauartbedingt den kompletten Fußboden, Die Warmwasserversorgung ist Nachts nicht gegeben, Tagsüber erst nach einigen Minuten, Die Einrichtung der Küche ist überdurchschnittlich, Das Esszimmer ist okay bis auf die nicht funktionierende Aussenmarkise,
