There is a lounge with games for the kids and two bathrooms, so Ferienhaus Annemarie is perfect for families. On two balconies you can enjoy the beautiful view to the Kleinarler mountains. Tabletennis, trampoline, sand-pit and swings complete the offer.
Do you like barbecue or relax in the garden?
Bedlinen, towels and tabs for dish-washer will be provided. If you need a crib or a chair for the baby, please let us know.
2 parking-spaces are in front of the house. Breadservice from the baker for your perfect breakfast is possible!

Highway A10 till departure Flachau. Next place is the village Wagrain. In Wagrain please turn left to Kleinarl. Our house is on the right side about 200 m after the entrance to Kleinarl.

Super gastfreundlicher Gastgeber. Sehr gepflegtes Haus. Alle notwendigen Annehmlichkeiten waren vorhanden, auch in der Küche. Sehr geräumige Zimmer und schöner Spielbereich für die Kinder.

Wir, meine Frau Yolanda und ich, kommen schon seit 8 Jahren nach Ferienhaus Annemarie. Warum ? Weil es einer der besten im Pongau ist !!

Jedes Jahr im Sommer geniessen wir die luxueuze Wohnung, die Gastfreundschaft und die wunderbare Bergwelt. Fur 2019 haben wir schon wieder gebucht !

Alles da, was man im modernen Haushalt braucht. Man hat eine freundliche Vermieterfamilie. Man erhält Informationen zu vielen Aktivitäten und werden auch problemlos organisiert. Da kommt man gerne wieder.

Wir waren mit 5 Personen zum ersten Mal im Ferienhaus Annemarie, um unseren Sommerurlaub hier zu verbringen. Und was soll man sagen, wir waren restlos begeistert. Das Haus bietet eine sehr schöne Einrichtung und auch die Ausstattung in der Wohnküche lässt keine Wünsche offen. Sehr schön waren auch die Fernsehgeräte in jedem Zimmer, sowie die beiden Bäder. Der Kontakt mit Familie Rumpl während des Urlaubs, sowie bei der Buchung war jederzeit sehr freundlich und absolut angenehm. Sie sind sehr hilfsbereit und haben für ihre Gäste immer ein offenes Ohr, sei es bei Problemen oder bei Auskünften. Man fühlt sich hier einfach wohl. Ein tolles Angebot waren auch das freie Wlan, sowie der Brötchenservice. Insgesamt ein super Urlaub in einer sehr schönen Landschaft mit hervorragenden Gastgebern. Sehr empfehlenswert

modern eingerichtetes Ferienhaus, super Ausstattung mit vielen Extras wie W-LAN,
Babybett mit Allem was dazu gehört, ein Hochstuhl fürs Kind, ein Buggy, ein Dreirad und die Nutzung des gesamten hauseigenen Spielplatzes für unser Enkel.
Es gab jeden Morgen einen Brötchen-Service und einen Tipp für den Tag um seinen Urlaub zu gestalten.
Schon im Vorfeld der Buchung, im gesamten E-Mail – Verkehr bekam man den Eindruck hier herzlich willkommen zu sein.
Zusammenfassend kann man nur noch sagen:

Leute fahrt da hin, Sommer wie Winter – Ihr werdet dort unvergessliche Tage erleben.
