This holiday home has a special layout: the living room is on the top floor, so you have a wonderful view of the village of Bödefeld. There is also a kitchenette with a fridge and a nice corner with a bar and stools. The eat-in kitchen on the ground floor is fully equipped. In the dining room, which is located next to the kitchen, you can enjoy a long dinner. In total there are 6 bedrooms on all floors. There are 3 bathrooms spread over 3 floors. Bödefeld is a 10-minute drive from Winterberg in the Sauerland. On the Hunau there is a ski area with several lifts and slopes of different levels of difficulty, including the longest slope in the Sauerland. Of course, there are also good cross-country skiing opportunities in the Bödefeld area. A nice experience when you go skiing, cross-country skiing or winter hiking for the first time. For daily shopping there is a small supermarket and a bakery in the village. The village has an indoor pool with sauna and steam rooms. There are many sports and leisure opportunities in the Sauerland both in winter and in summer. The hiking world of Winterberg is one of the top hiking regions. First-class hiking projects such as the Rothaarsteig or the Winterberger Hochtour bear witness to this. In winter, the Winterberg ski lift carousel and numerous cross-country skiing and winter hiking trails offer optimal conditions.

Ein tolles Haus. Nicht das schönste Haus, das man sich vorstellen kann, und schon gar nicht praktisch, aber sauber und geräumig in bester Lage im Sauerland. Mit einer guten Bäckerei und einem gemütlichen Restaurant in fußläufiger Entfernung ist es eine sehr gute Lage. Es gibt auch schöne Wanderwege in der Nähe. Unser Kurzurlaub mit 10 Personen war ein voller Erfolg!

Ich würde dieses Haus jedem empfehlen, der nach einem ruhigen Rückzugsort sucht, Der großzügige Grundriss erleichterte es jedem, seinen eigenen Raum zu haben, und die Nähe zum Skifahren war ein großer Pluspunkt, Wir haben unsere Zeit hier wirklich genossen

Wir hatten einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt. Das Haus war perfekt für eine große Familie. Es gab sogar so viel Platz, dass wir uns oft verloren haben ;).
Man konnte direkt vor der Tür parken und durch den Keller nach oben gehen, sodass wir die gesamte nasse Skiausrüstung im Keller lassen konnten. Eine halbe Stunde von Winterberg entfernt
