This beautiful detached holiday home / alpine house for a maximum of 6 people is located just above the small town of Prebl in the Lavanttal in Carinthia, between the well-known towns of Bad St. Leonhard and Wolfsberg and in the middle of the Klippitztörl sports and hiking area.
The house offers on the ground floor a spacious living room with a sofa bed, a well-equipped kitchenette and a bathroom, on the first floor a living/dining area with a fully equipped kitchen, seating area and sofa bed, a bedroom with a double and single bed and another bathroom. The house also offers a ski storage room, terrace and garden. You can park directly at the house.
Prebl is an ideal starting point for hikes in the entire Saualm and Zirbitz area. In total, over 500 kilometers of marked hiking trails in the Lavanttal invite you to numerous mountain tours and circular hiking trails. In summer you can go hiking directly from the holiday home and discover the extensive high forests and alpine pastures on numerous hiking routes.
The nearest ski area is the Klippitztörl with a slope length of 28 km, which you can reach in about 15 minutes by car. In 35 minutes by car you can also reach the Weinebene ski area with 18 kilometers of slopes, or the small Koralpe ski area with 18 kilometers of slopes and 4 lifts. In about 1 hour you can reach the Tonnerhüttenlift / Zirbitzkogel family toboggan and ski area.
In summer, the St. Andräer See leisure center or the Stadionbad in Wolfsberg offer lots of swimming fun!

Ein tolles Haus und ein fantastischer Ort, sehr nette Leute
Ein wahrhaft magischer Ort, eingebettet in die Berge mit wunderschöner Aussicht. Ruhig gelegen und dennoch in der Nähe eines Skigebiets und Wandermöglichkeiten.
Das Ferienhaus ist wie von Belvilla beschrieben. Bei der Ankunft hat es uns sofort gut gefallen! Gesegnet!

Fantastisches Ferienhaus hoch oben auf einem Berg, aber leicht erreichbar. Unser Urlaub war im Mai 2023. Während es im Tal warm war, war es oben sehr angenehm. Das Haus sah bei der Ankunft sehr sauber und ordentlich aus. Sehr freundliche Gastgeberin, die uns viele Informationen und Tipps gegeben hat. Außerdem konnten wir Produkte vom eigenen Bauernhof kaufen und auch die Ställe mit den Tieren besichtigen. Auf den Fotos ist nicht deutlich zu erkennen, dass das Gefälle von einer Etage zur anderen recht steil ist. Für uns war das kein Problem. Wenn Sie Ruhe und Frieden mögen, ist diese Unterkunft auf jeden Fall zu empfehlen. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen.
