Sleeping in a water tower is an unforgettable experience! This renovated water tower from 1896 is full of surprises for young and old. There are no fewer than 7 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 5 toilets, a playroom, large garden and meeting room for 12 people. Experience the beautiful view in the original water barrel with windows on all sides and in the observation tower at a height of 36 meters. Look out over the city as far as you can. And behold, the sea is already beckoning, there behind the boulevard. Great! On the ground floor is the spacious kitchen where you can sit with up to 16 people. There is a dishwasher, 5-burner gas stove including a wok burner and a double convection oven. A transparent glass gas fireplace provides an attractive partition and also provides a view through to the living room. The high ceilings in the living room accentuate the round shape of the tower even more. Lovely sofas, armchairs and private access to the landing to the garden complete the luxurious living room. The first floor is half a floor with a playful (children's) room with 4 bedsteads (200 x 80 cm), a toy box and a private bathroom with shower, toilet and sink. On the second to fourth floors are a total of 6 large double rooms. There are 2 luxurious bathrooms with a walk-in shower, bath, bathroom furniture and toilet. In one of the bathrooms you will even find a comfortable sauna. From the fourth floor you can reach the space under the water barrel with a beautiful spiral staircase. From there you enter the immense water barrel. Only then will you really experience how much water has ever been stored in the vessel: 300,000 litres. There are windows on all sides, with an unobstructed view of the surroundings, the city and even a piece of the sea. Climb even further up for the meeting room for 12 people and, finally, a unique watchtower at 36 meters high. In the almost industrial basement is a fully equipped play area with, among other things, Photo play, Pacman and billiards. You can also use the washing machine and dryer
