In the well-known leisure and yacht harbor "Marina Wendtorf", the semi-detached house in Scandinavian style, located in the front row, offers a unique opportunity to spend a Baltic Sea vacation on the Kiel Fjord. For up to 4 adults and 2 children, the holiday home on two floors and 68m² offers two bedrooms, a balcony, a furnished terrace with a large garden and the highlight: the dry sauna.

Additional costs such as gas, water and electricity consumption are included! As is high-speed WiFi via fiber optic connection.

There are two bedrooms on the ground floor. One of them has two single beds pushed together (together 180x200cm, but a continuous topper. Please bring a fitted sheet 180x200) and the other two single beds (each 90x200cm). One of the bedrooms has a TV and both have black-out windows. Also located on the ground floor: the bathroom with pleasant underfloor heating, walk-in shower, toilet, sink and dry sauna.

On the first floor you will find an open, light-flooded living and dining area with a sofa bed for 2 people and an adjoining fully equipped kitchen. The cozy living area offers plenty of seating, a 50-inch SmartTV, a bioethanol fireplace and access to the balcony. The existing air conditioning promises a pleasant indoor climate at all times.

Outside there are seating, a parasol, sun loungers and a charcoal grill. There is also a free car parking space and a lockable bicycle shed in the immediate vicinity of the house. From the balcony you can enjoy the view towards the sea. Whether it is mild summer evenings, stormy autumn afternoons or cool winter days: this semi-detached house impresses with its facilities and a natural environment in every season.

WiFi is available throughout the house via fiber optic connection with a download speed of 300 Mbit/s.

The promenade right by the harbour invites you to linger with its wide range of attractions.
The restaurant ‘Ahoi – Steffen Henssler’ will take care of your physical well-being, while the adjacent ice cream parlour offers delicious refreshments.
You will also find various small shops along the promenade, as well as numerous playgrounds for our younger guests.
A useful addition to your stay is the self-service mini laundrette, where you can wash and dry your laundry yourself daily from 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.
