The house is situated in the luxury domaine of LES HAUTES DU GOLF, near the 5 star golf course and resort of Roquebrune-sur-Argens and only 5 minutes from the Mediterranean sea and the villages of Saint Aygulf, Les Issambres and Sainte Maxime.
The domaine, at hight at the golf course of Roquebrune-sur-Argens, offers a large pool with a separate children’s pool, sunbeds, shadow places, three tennis courts, jeu de boules area and access to many countryside walks.
The format is as follows: Cosy terrace in front of the house, entrance, bright and enlarged living room with fixed closet and doors to the terrace and enclosed garden. Open kitchen, situated at the frontsite, has most appliances like oven, large fridge/freezer and a dishwasher.
The fixed stairs leads you to the floor with 2 bedrooms. The masterbedroom with double bed and the other bedroom with 2 single beds .The bathroom is recently modernised and is equipped with a shower, washbasin and washing machine. There is a separate toilet.
The garden, with its nice terrace, offers a lot of privacy and great views; ideal for a relaxing and sunny holiday!
