It offers a fantastic panoramic view of the typical Tuscan landscape and the surrounding Apuan Alps.
The property is an excellent destination for a relaxing holiday. It invites you to take a day trip to Viareggio or the famous beaches of Versilia or to explore the Garfagnana region with its charming villages and wonderful landscapes.
The villa is an ideal starting point for hikes and walks (the Orecchiella Natural Park is recommended) and other outdoor activities such as golf, tennis, horse riding, mountain biking, etc.
Pets are welcome, please specify when booking.
Interior:
The rustic villa has been tastefully restored and, with 190 m², offers plenty of space for 8 to 9 people, who can be accommodated in 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.
On the ground floor there is the spacious living room with a fireplace and a large table where 8 people can eat and play and a large corner sofa. On this level there is also a bathroom with shower and a comfortably equipped kitchen/living room with dining area.
On the mezzanine there is another bathroom with a shower.
A staircase leads to the upper floor with 4 bedrooms (2 double rooms and 2 twin rooms and an additional single bed), from one of the bedrooms you have access to the Altana, a covered terrace.
Two baby beds are available.
Outdoor area:
The enchanting country house is surrounded by an 800 m² well-kept garden, which also houses the pool area (12 m x 6 m; depth 1.40 m), where parasols and deck chairs invite you to relax and unwind.
For outdoor dining there is a grill and a brick pizza oven.
The shaded dining area under a large fig tree is furnished with table and chairs and has a panoramic position overlooking the pool.
There are 3 uncovered parking spaces available to guests on the property.
Please note:
The holiday home is only rented exclusively. This means the entire house, the garden and the pool are available for guests' sole use.
Rentals are normally from Saturday to Saturday. If you would like to book differently, please ask.

Sehr guter Service und Kommunikation.
Es könnte nur für 7 Leute ein bisschen mehr Besteck, v.a. Messer und kleine Löffel vorhanden sein.
Ansonsten sehr zu empfehlen.

Eine schöne erholsame Woche in einem charmanten Haus
Einziges Manko, das Haus hat keine Heizung, so war es abends oft etwas kühl.
Alles andere war total super und wenn die Anfahrt für uns nicht so weit wäre, würden wir sicherlich wieder kommen.

Erholsame Ruhe in wundervoller Landvilla
Der Pool ist riesig und wundervoll, man hat einen uneinsehbaren Garten für sich und sowohl der Pool als auch der Garten werden wöchentlich gepflegt.
Der Pizzaofen ist ein absoluter Pluspunkt, man sollte ihn unbedingt mehrmals nutzen!
Die Umgebung bietet nicht viele Möglichkeiten zum Wandern, außer in der Orechiella. Die nächstgrößere Stadt ist Castelnuovo und dann Lucca.
Erholsamer Urlaub, abseits vom Trubel
Herausragend ist natürlich der wirklich sehr große Pool und die wunderschöne Aussichten.
Die Bauweise ist etwas verwinkelt, aber das hat Charme . In der Küche ist an Geschirr/Gläser/Töpfe usw. wirklich alles vorhanden. Alle Geräte haben funktioniert. Die Einrichtung ist sehr rustikal, typisch Toskana :-). Das Haus wurde uns ordentlich sauber übergeben. Und die Kommunikation mit Matteo, dem Verwalter hat jederzeit reibungslos geklappt, er war bei Fragen jederzeit erreichbar und hat sich um alle Belange gekümmert. Einzig ein kleiner Willkommensgruß (Obst/eine Flasche Wein oder so etwas) hat gefehlt. Vielleicht noch als kleiner Tipp, kostet nicht die Welt und ist eine schöne Geste. Sonst alles TOP, jederzeit gerne wieder.
