It is a fantastic large and light family house (8 persons/250 m2) for wonderful holidays by the sea!

Quietly situated at the foot of the dunes between Zoutelande and Westkapelle. Beautiful new detached holiday home for 8 persons with all modern conveniences. Close to the beach (150 m) and beautiful nature.
Charming green garden with lots of privacy.
In the large living area, the doors to the garden can be opened over a width of five metres. There is an open kitchen with an oven, dishwasher, filter and Nespresso coffee machine, milk frother and kettle. There are five bedrooms for two people, three of which have double beds (box spring 160x200cm, (consisting of two single mattresses each with a double topper) and two bedrooms with two single beds (90x200cm). In addition, there are two toilets and two bathrooms. One bedroom is on the ground floor and has a private bathroom. A cot can be added in each room and a highchair is available. Fully equipped!
The large garden is a lovely place to enjoy. From the sun in the afternoon and evening or to play with the children. Because of the afforestation, there is plenty of privacy.

Das Haus ist groß, ruhig gelegen und von den Räumlichkeiten gut eingeteilt. Allerdings war an fünf von sieben Tagen (10.00-19.00 Uhr) Baulärm beim unmittelbaren Nachbarn, es wurde die Zufahrt gepflastert (teilweise unerträglich laut. Die Arbeiten dauerten von etwa 10.00 - 19.00 Uhr, auch sonntags. Die Vermieterin konnte nichts dagegen unternehmen.
Great location, wonderful house. Well thought thorough- you find everything (!) you need and there is so much space. We loved staying there and will definitely be back!🙂
Wij zijn met onze vriendengroep van 8 personen een weekend verbleven in dit heerlijke, ruime huis! Door de grote raam partij met schuifdeuren ben je altijd in contact met de mooie tuin. Echter zorgt dit ook voor een hoge temperatuur in huis. Het strand ligt op loopafstand (wel veel trappen) en in de omgeving is genoeg te doen.
De buitenkant van het huis was prachtig, locatie geweldig.
Het interieur had een erg hoog goedkoop IKEA gehalte ( gammele kasten) en sommige delen aan de binnenkant zat alleen grondverf op.
Zou fijn zijn als op de slaapkamers een kast aanwezig was voor kleding ipv een open rekje.
Locatie was wel geweldig, vlak bij het strand.

We hebben een prachtig weekend samen gehad, zeer comfortabel huis.
Wir waren mit einer Gruppe von 7 erwachsenen Personen in dem Haus welches für bis 8 Personen ausgelegt sein sollte. Wir haben ausreichend Kaffeelöffel, Eierbecher und Weingläser vermisst. Die Matratzen sind durchgelegen und müssten ausgetauscht werden. Es ist ein recht großzügiges Haus, durch die Strandnähe sehr schön gelegen.
Fijn huis, heerlijk licht en warm, knusse haard, fijne bedden, keukengerei voldoende om lekker te kunnen koken.
Welkom vriendelijk contactpersoon erg betrokken en prettig.
Enige punten van aandacht: je mag handdoeken verwachten bij linnenkast, los bestellen voelt niet gastvrij, iets als welkom op tafel, pakketje hout bij haard zou t af maken.

De keuken was onvoldoende uitgerust voor een huishouden van 8 personen. Als voorbeeld: geen vergiet, geen staafmixer etc.

Mooi huis, goed bed. Voor negen personen graag iets meer bestek en borden. Vaatdoeken en afwasmiddel. Broodrooster en mixer. Misschien een ligzetel (of meerdere) voor in de tuin. We hebben genoten!
Sehr schönes Haus, gut eingerichtet alles notwendige vorhanden ( Toaster wär noch schön 😊), Matratzen könnten teilweise mal erneuert werden, gute Lage recht nah zum Meer, sehr nette Vermieter, insgesamt top ðŸ‘
Zo aan het begin van het seizoen, had ik een aantal dingen niet verwacht zoals, het plastic kleed op tafel met een groot gat, tuinkussens die niet op de stoelen passen en heel erg dun zijn, de gordijnen in de slaapkamer beneden passen niet, de tuin tafel is een beetje gammel, de kast waar de wasmachine staat was erg rommelig een huisnr op tuinhek.
Echt een prachtig huis dat van alle gemakken voorzien is! Ideale locatie, vlakbij de kust.
Was goed verblijf. Handdoeken mogen wel wat ruimer gegeven worden. 3 dagen met 1 handdoek is wel zuinig. Ook een prullenbakje in de badkamer boven is handig.
Het was fantastisch, echt geweldig.
sehr schönes Haus in toller Umgebung. Beim einheitliches Geschirr wäre passender gewesen.
Bij aankomst sleutel opgehaald. Korte uitleg m.b.r. sleutel en afval wegbrengen. Bij terugbrengen sleutel, aangebeld, zat iemand op bank t.v. te kijken, maar werd niet open gedaan. Sleutel na 2x bellen maar in brievenbus gestopt. Had graag nog even gezegd dat het verblijf ons prima was bevallen!
Bij aankomst was de woning niet verwarmd. Door de vloerverwarming werd het de eerste avond niet warmer dan 18gr. Niet zo prettig. Misschien de morgen van aankomst de vloerverwarming opzetten zodat het bij aankomst aangenaam aanvoelt en ook de rest van die avond.

Mooi huis met alle comfort in een mooie omgeving. Ideaal om te wandelen, vlakbij het strand. Zeer proper! Carla is een lieve mevrouw, je voelt je welkom als je de sleutel komt halen. Alles was piekfijn in orde.
Goede zonnewering. Airco, op de slaapkamers boven was het erg warm.
Een mooi en groot huis waar we met 8 volwassenen plus baby 1 week vertoefd hebben. Alle faciliteiten aanwezig én schoon. Hele fijne week gehad!
Het is een goedgelegen huis met veel licht. Vanuit het huis heb je ook een goed zicht op de tuin. Ik vermoed wel dat de isolatie niet voldoende is om het huis fris te houden in de zomer. Het was er nu al te warm boven in de slaapkamers. Ligging vlakbij de zee is ideaal. We misten wel een magnetron om snel eten en papjes op te warmen.
Mooi huis met veel ruimte. Wel wat gehorig door open vide maar goed te doen. TV kan wat groter. Parkeervergunning goed regelen. Bevestigen ter controle kentekens. Ging bijna fout! Tuin blijven onderhouden gras had maai beurtje nodig. Overal een mooie plek, erg bijzondere woning.

Mooie moderne ruime woning, vijf slaapkamers, twee badkamers, goede keukenuitrusting met grote koelkast, schoon, duinen/strand nabij. Tips: door de vele ramen en zonlicht is de woning snel (te) warm, kleine tv. We hebben genoten!
Het is een mooi huis. Goed verzorgd en ruim. Tv had maar 4 zenders en was 2 maten te klein. Bank was weer heel fijn om op te zitten/hangen. bedje met een houten voetenplaat is niet meer van deze tijd. Net te kort voor hollandse jongens. Goede keuken uitrusting met voldoende bestek. Hier ga je graag nog eens naar toe. Rustige omgeving.
Een fijn en ruim huis. Van alle gemakken voorzien. Dicht bij het strand. Dit maakt een vakantie in Zeeland tot een succes. Enige minpuntje is de kookplaat. Een goede gebruiksaanwijzing zou handig zijn. Bij ons sprong de plaat met enige regelmaat op error f47.
