Descripción
Your property spans nearly 1 hectare, with the area around the house and pool being partially fenced. You access the house via a small country path. Walking through the garden, you arrive at the swimming pool. To your left, there is a small cottage (closed) and to your right, your house. The pool (3.5m x 8.5m, 1.5m deep, heated in the mid-season) offers you the chance to cool off in complete privacy. An outdoor shower has been installed, as well as a boules court for your barbecue evenings (you have a gas grill at your disposal).
The Property
This is a new building, so all facilities are new and of high quality.
Ground Floor
You have a very large, bright living and dining room. The kitchen is open to this room. A corridor leads you on the left to a room with an oven and ample space for your supplies. Continuing down the hall, you come to the two bedrooms, each with its own bathroom (shower and toilet). One bedroom has a double bed, the other has two single beds that can be joined together. At the end of the corridor, there is another room with a washing machine.

Upon booking, a deposit of 30% of the rental price is required via bank transfer or credit card. With the booking confirmation, you will receive directions to your holiday home. The remaining payment is due without prompting 6 weeks before the start of the rental period (for credit cards, the remaining amount will be automatically deducted). If there are less than 6 weeks between the booking and the occupancy start date, the total amount is due at the time of booking.
In the event of a cancellation, Coquelicot charges a fee, which is 30% of the total rental sum up to 6 weeks before the occupancy date and thereafter 100% of the total rental sum. If we manage to rent the property during the time you initially booked after receiving the cancellation notice, the fee in the latter case is reduced to 50%. These costs can be covered by travel cancellation insurance upon request.
