14–29 days before the start of the rental period: 80% of the rental price
7–13 days before the start of the rental period: 90% of the rental price
After that: 100%
A withdrawal must also be made in writing.
The landlord reserves the right to cancel the booking without stating reasons up to 56 days before arrival. Any payments already made will be refunded to the guest in full. The contract may also be cancelled at a later date in the event of force majeure or other unforeseeable circumstances that make the booked stay impossible. In this case, liability is limited to the reimbursement of the rental price. In the event of a justified cancellation, the guest will not be entitled to compensation. Liability for travel and hotel costs is also excluded.

Wie immer schön
Winter wie Sommer kann man es sich dort gut gehen lassen.
Erfreuliche Änderung dieses Mal: die Eigentümer kümmern sich nun selbst um das Haus.
Diese sind sehr nett und entgegendkommend.
Neue Bettwäsche, reichlich neue Handtücher, Sauna muss man nicht mehr extra anmelden, es gab Essig, Öl, Gewürze, Kaffeebohnen, Kaffemilch, Zucker etc.
Dazu noch ein sehr schönes Gastgeschenk für unsere Gruppe. Das Beste aber ist, dass man jetzt zügig und sehr freundliche Antworten auf Fragen von den Eigentümer erhält.
Das Haus war sehr sauber, ein Plus ist der Garten mit unverbautem Blick in die Natur.
Der Riedener Waldsee ist immer eine Reise wert, auch wenn man wie wir, nur 40 Minuten entfernt wohnt.
Wir kommen gerne wieder! Klare Weiterempfehlung!

Schön gelegenes Ferienhaus, mit allem was das Herz begehrt
Haus ist komplett und modern ausgestattet, Sauna kst super es gibt sogar Düfte vor Ort, Grill auch Klasse. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig gelegen und wirklich wunderbar zum erholen und rinfach mal abschalten.
Küche ist auch mit allem ausgestattet was es braucht, Betten sind gut und die Eigentümerfamilie wirklich sehr nett. Danke!
