Descripción
"Jules Hus" is situated on a large property with unobstructed views of fields and meadows to the south. On clear, sunny days you can see Lübeck Bay -northwest- from the upper floor.
The house is within walking distance to the wild and romantic beach - you'll walk through a small residential district with thatched houses, past the Schlossgut (manor) and through a beautiful tree avenue.
In good weather, you can get food and drink at the nice beach kiosk directly at the beach entrance. There, you can also rent high-quality mountain bikes and stand-up paddle boards. The Schlossgut has a brasserie, where you can have lunch or dinner.
The large holiday home is a combination of pure architecture and Scandinavian cosiness.
On the ground floor you'll find the entrance area with wardrobe, a spacious bathroom with a rain shower, a sauna and the central living area - a great place to relax.
The satellite TV has a streaming application and you can use your own account/s.
Feel free to use the stereo system to listen to music via Bluetooth; of course it also has a radio and CD player.
The kitchen is equipped with lots of nice crockery. It has an induction stove and a dishwasher.
You're also welcome to use the washer and dryer in the utility room.
The living/dining area offers direct access to the large and sunny, south-facing terrace with garden furniture. The large garden with grill and fire basket is a cosy place for a nice barbecue dinner. The garden borders onto a field.
A beautiful wooden staircase leads to the upper floor with 3 bedrooms.
For our youngest guests we provide a sturdy cot (60x120cm), a changing mat, baby bathtub and high chair.
The cosy house offers first-class living comfort on approx. 117m² with space for up to 7 people plus 1 baby. The beds/mattresses sleep 4 adults and 3 children.
Three generations can comfortably spend their holiday together here.

Einziger Nachteil: Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind nur per Auto erreichbar und man kann vielfach nur Barzahlen.

Ort der Entspannung
Die Wohnung befindet sich in schön gelegener Lage. Der Strand ist in wenig Gehminuten zu erreichen. Der Weg zum Strand führt durch das gemütliches Dorf mit vielen Reetdächern und an dem Schlossgut Groß Schwansee vorbei, was sehr idyllisch, ruhig und vor allem touristisch nicht überlaufen ist.
Die Wohnung ist von außen sehr modern. Innen drin ist schön hell, sehr geschmackvoll und warmherzig gestaltet. Die Sauna befindet sich direkt gegenüber vom Badezimmer, sodass man sich sofort wohl fühlt.
Jules Hus ist ein Ort der Entspannung. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Die Wohnung befindet sich in schön Lage. Der Strand ist in wenig Gehminuten zu erreichen, der Weg führt durch das gemütliches Dorf mit vielen Reetdächern und vorbei am Schlossgut Groß Schwansee, welches sehr idyllisch und ruhig liegt. Alles ist touristisch nicht überlaufen.
Die Wohnung ist innen wie außen sehr modern. Der Innenraum ist schön hell, sehr stilvoll und warm gestaltet. Zum Wohlfühlen gehört auch eine Sauna, die sich gleich gegenüber vom Badezimmer befindet.
Jules Hus ist ein Ort der Entspannung. Wir haben die Zeit genossen und kommen gerne wieder!

Das Haus ist gemütlich eingerichtet und durchdacht gestaltet. Es ist alles da, was man braucht und wir fühlten uns gleich wohl. Ein wunderbarer Ort, um dem Alltag zu entfliehen.

Auszeit an der Ostsee
Das sehr moderne und äußerst gemütliche Haus hat in allem überzeugt. Attraktive Architektur, eine tolle umfängliche Ausstattung, fußläufig erreichbarer Strand und für die kleinsten war sogar schönes Spielzeug vorhanden.
Wir können Jules Hus wärmstens empfehlen und planen selbst schon wieder den nächsten Aufenthalt.
