The day of arrival the guests are asked a 150€ cash deposit, which will be reimbursed on their departure, after a fittings check.
The houses are at disposal after 3pm, and the day of departure they must be left before 10am.
Towels and bed linen are included in the service; the towels get changed twice a week, the bed linen once a week.
Pets are not allowed.

Ferienhaus zum Wohlfühlen
laden zum perfekten Grillabend ein.
Zu Fuß konnten wir jeden Tag frisches Brot und Brötchen besorgen. Die Pizzaria im Ort ist in 10 min. Fußweg ebenso erreichbar. Jeden Donnerstag findet das Marktfest statt. Wo alle regionalen Anbieter ihre Produkte anbieten. Bei Musik und Verkostungen kann man Istrien hier gut genießen. Danke an Familie Kosuta für die tollen 14 Tage in ihrem Haus. Ein perfektes Haus für einen wunderschönen Urlaub!
Es hätte nicht schöner sein können, wir haben uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt!! Das Haus mit der überdachten Veranda und den schönen Pool können wir uneingeschränkt empfehlen. Danke, Mauricio, für alles!! Wir wären am liebsten noch länger geblieben, denn auch sonst haben Porec, Pula und die anderen Orte in Istrien viel Schönes zu bieten.
Es war ein teaunhafter super Urlaub. Wir sind ein Gastwirteehepaar aus Kärnten und können nur sagen eine super Unterkunft. Sauber, ruhig, tolle freundliche Gastgeber, u d sehr sehr kinderfreundlich.
