Any cancellation must be notified by registered letter or by e-mail.
a) Cancellation before arrival: if the cancellation occurs less than 30 days before the planned date of entry into the premises, the deposit is retained by the owner. According to government health measures, we propose a postponement of dates up to 18 months after the cancellation.
b) If the tenant does not show up within 24 hours after the arrival date indicated on the contract, the present contract becomes null and void and the owner can dispose of his gite. The deposit will also remain acquired to the owner who will ask for the balance of the rent.
c) If the stay is shortened, the price of the rent remains acquired to the owner. There will be no refund of the deposit.
